The Cresswell fee and his wages take into account that he came to us for nothing, just as the wages for McShane, Boateng, Geovanni, Cousin, King and Mendy will have done, to suggest that they are on the same as Cresswell is laughable.

I heard from inside the club its 12 million to buy 3 or 4 players and to in that 12 million there has to be enough left for season long loans, again maybe three players..............

I think you were probably being a thick c*** as usual.. Fagan - £750k Boateng -£1m + 1- 2m signing fee Geovanni - £2m signing fee Cousin - 2 - 3m signing fee Halmosi - 2m Gardner 2.5m Stelios - 1 -2m signing fee Mendy - 1m signing fee & King & McShane transfer fees/signing fees. Easily the same as ours when you count in all the others they've signed as well. This is all complete speculation. Amongst many things that Hull have done better than us since they were promoted, signing good players for knock-down prices must be one of them. We've blown a hell of a lot of money on not very much so far this season.

i dont beleive that at ALL! .. We have already heard quotes of Zigic and Ledley hints and they would be atleast 6 mill each! (FYI i do not think we should spendmore than 2 mill on Ledley, dont see anything special about him at all) ..

Ah - the old "they only signed for Hull because they are on massive wages" chestnut.
ONE thing I can guarantee is that Slangking et al have no clue what anyone at Hull earns, and any claims that Hulls expendature might match ours when signing on fees and wages are taken into account are purely speculative at best.
What we do know is that we spent a lot of money on players in the summer who are not getting a game. The potential impacts of this are;
We bought the wrong players
We bought the right players but for some reason they do not fit in
We bought the right players but don't trust them
Either-way, we cannot be sure that anyone we sign in Jan will actually feature, and any players thinking of coming to the club must be looking at Tonge and Soares and wondering if its a good career move.
Oh and of course, as Hull will be offering a trillion pounds a week, that might swing it too.

Just a couple of people around the club i've been talking to, they were saying its a good amount if he doesnt piss it all on Ledley, who is after all an average championship player....He's hardly setting the championship alight now is he.

as a point of interest...why didn't we take advantage of our loan provision in the summer? And will we use the facility in January? I couldn't understand why we 'panic bought' in the transfer window, but didn't use our loan facility!

I had to look at this again because I am thinking that I must be going mad when I see people trying to argue that players we have signed are not getting a game. Players from last season who are in the side regularly are; Fuller Sidibe Delap Griffin Diao Players we have signed in the summer who are in the side regularly; Abdy Faye Amdy Faye Sorenson Higginbotham Sonko (recently) Kitson (when not injured) Olofinjana Hull players who play regularly who were regulars in the championship; Ashbee Turner Dawson Myhill Marney Ricketts Players they signed in the summer who are regulars; Geovanni Boateng Zayatte Cousin King So, I'm afraid their success rate is about similar to ours in the transfer market, they have also signed players like Fagan, Halmosi and Stelios who rarely get a game and are passed over for the likes of Barmby and Windass. Put shortly your argument is based on fcukall, please use facts. Arguably you could say that in FACT Hull have based their success on keeping most of the team together that they had last season whereas West Brom tried to bring in too many players and we have also been affected to some extent.

It's amazing you set your target questions for people exactly the opposite to yourself. Well done really, it's hard for people like yourself to spend all day on the sunshine variety coach tapping the back of your wrist with your knuckles and licking the windows to understand things.
