If this is Pelach's tactics for away games, he can bugger off, absolutely toss..the first 20 mins were frankly embarrassing. Cantwell was strolling around like an exhibition match.. get a grip, simply too weak in midfield.

Considering Pelach is supposed to be a well respected coach, I don't have a clue what he is trying to do?

I have seen know improvement since he came in apart from the flash in the pan win against Pompey.

He said in an interview recently that "in three or four months we will be in a much better place"

That's reassuring.

He has clearly been told he can sign some players in Jan but I've seen no improvement in how he plays unless he is asking to revamp the whole squad again.

It honestly just feels like groundhog day with every manager we get.

Any manager who knows sort of knows what they’re doing changes it at HT.

Any manager who properly knows what they’re doing doesn’t start with that line-up in the first place.

I think I can see they are trying/encouraged to play that riskier ball between the lines at the right moment, it’s kinda worked but has looked some what clumsy, it is just pass n move at right time , is that where all this new clever dick tactical stuff has come in?

Don't really agree. The 3 top positions are going to be fought out between Sheff United, Leeds, Burnley maybe Sunderland, Boro.
Norwich and Watford may show up eventually.
The rest including us are just avoiding relegation.

Seko for Manhoeff, shift Koumas to the right and Junho to the left and then get Seko/Burger to sit a bit deeper with Moran the advanced midfielder.
