Stop talking shit , i don't know how you expect fans to react after watching shit for months Mate, he's got a point. It would be better for the team if those who wanted to slag them off stayed away. When I'm back in England I don't bother going at the moment. I still follow them but I'm not motivated to spend good money then boo them. I've got better things to do. And of I did turn up and contribute to a 'toxic environment' them i become part of the problem. So fuck it, I'll just follow on line at the moment. Rog I said on another thread that the only manager I’d come close to booing was Mr Ball. To me, it’s the silence at the ground when things are going badly which is the most telling. I don’t know what to think any more. A mate on Twitter likened it to a millionaires plaything - JC being the millionaire and Scfc the latter. It is early in the season but I can’t see any light at what appears to be an endless, pitch black tunnel.

I'm done with the club season ticket holder but I'm not going again until it improves and under the current regime that will be a few months I think, Walters and his manager need to go ASAP.

Stop talking shit , i don't know how you expect fans to react after watching shit for months Well, I've put up with a lot of sh!t Stoke performances over many years and the reason why managers often get hounded out before they get to sort sh!t out is because of the fans turning on them and the players. This tends to lead to a total lack of desire to manage a team or play for a team who's supporters quite clearly despise them apparently. This has worsened with the internet and social media probably. Back in the day a few boos from the terrace and a bad write up in the Sentinel probably wasn't the be all and end all and you just picked yourself back up and got on with the job. Being a supporter isn't easy . We've not exactly been blessed with many years of consistent success. We all probably thought we'd get straight back to the Premiership but we didn't and here we are. I'm willing to give this re-structure time but apparently after 10 days in charge you're not! At least you've admitted that we've been watching this sh1t for months and it hasn't just happened under the new guy's watch. I've been watching some sh!t for years but here I am, still supporting. Trust me, things will not improve if the fans turn so quickly. A toxic work environment never works for anyone. I hope you don't rock up at work, or school on Monday and have a few thousand people telling you how sh1t you are and that they want you out immediately and I hope your social media is full of wonderful praise for you and not endless jeering and slagging off. I hope most of all that our players and management and owners aren't minded to come and read some of the cr@p and vitriol spouted on here. I'll carry on trying to retain an air of optimism for the future, you carry on going deeper into a sea of toxicity if you like, won't be good for your health or Stoke City I'm afraid Look at you with your condescending claptrap , if i want to be angry i fucking well will be

Rog Fair enough Rog but the toxicity starts at the club with their total ineptness which in turn spreads towards the fans angst , fucking shambles I'm normally calm but watching this unfold has put me on life tilt I get what you mean. I've actually just got back into stoke a few hours ago from Oz and I'm a bit knackered. I used to get so bloody excited in Oz watching Stoke in the Prem and i used to go when ever I got back. It does seem a bloody basket case at the moment. I often think who are these players - journey men taking the contracts on offer with not much loyalty to stoke. I so want us to get back to 'punching above our weight'. Right now I'm in the Travellers Rest in Stanley wondering what the fuck's going on with my team. Anyway mate, let's hope we turn a corner soon. Even Sir Alex struggled in the early days!!

Can understand the vitriol, it's deserved as we've endured "experimentation" for ages. Having said that, I was one of what, 40 people who predicted us to lose 2-0? So agree with the match being easy to predict. I hate Pep football, too reliant upon skill on the ball which we don't have. It's just flashing the ball in front of any proactive defender looking to intercept, then you're right back to defending in your half and at worst case, right in front of your GK. Don't care how talented Man City players are or how it works for Man City - it's a dull watch, a stupid strategy and definitely not a good way to kill off a lead. (IF you ever manage to get into their half and score)
Now, why our side looked like a team of statues I have no clue. But I'd be careful about jumping all over our Viking keeper, he had little to no defense in front of him. So we'll see what adjustments are made now. Think it's going to be onwards and sideways for a bit here.

Agree with most of what you say. I think it is ok to vent your anger on this MB but not at the match. If we get too abusive at the match it will definitely be counter-productive. Absolute bollocks. They accept our applause when they do well so they should accept our criticism when they don't. To blame the fans for this shit show is an absolute piss take! Carry on as you like. They will not improve if they are covered in spittle from red-faced apoplectic supposedly grown men. Not sure anyone is blaming the fans. I think some people are trying to help solve the problem by not going over the top at the match. Others just want to add to the problem because they think shouting abuse at players makes them (the player) do better..it probably doesn't and also helps the fan to feel better.. it rarely does.

As someone else has said earlier: we’re not equipped to play Pep style tippy tappy, we don’t have the confidence or skill set to get away with that, it’s not part of our culture anyhow as the slow build-up is suited to hotter climates, Spain, Italy, Brazil etc Even if we did have the skills, tippy tappy = f***ing boring, chess type atmosphere and watching paint dry. Bin it off and get back to TP/SJW style ‘get at them’ …. Might still have a run of p!ss poor results but at least it’ll be exciting?!!

Just to give an insight on how bad it currently is…. I went to Boro away last season & had a cracking day. Took my Newcastle supporting mate with me & we won comfortably 2-0 (should have been more) with Dwight Gayle up top who I may add could/should have had a couple of goals himself that day. This was under AN too.
It’s mind boggling how a football club can continue to fall with the resources we have.

The players must feel the pressure already. Had a chat with Dwight Gayle in Stafford a few weeks ago and he said the expectancy is too huge for some of the players for sure. Some are scared/nervous to make a mistake and that transmits to this slow passing pedestrian like game. It's really horrible to watch and yes some are clearly struggling with this style. Is there any reason though for all that abuse at the end though? Patience is wearing thin with alot after the past couple of weeks changes but this doesn't do any favours for these players to work on their mistakes for the next game. Alot will be nervous even more so now.
The booing after 20 mins was NOT called for whatsoever.

Didn’t watch but I watched Oxford and I thought that was awful? Was it worse? It was way worse. We tried going forward at Oxford and failed. Today we tried playing out from the back like 80s Brazil, and succeeded ONCE! Let that sink in. For 98 minutes we succeeded at the gameplan once. Sure we had a great counter, but that was instinct from Koumas and Bae. And that was our single shot on goal. They had 9. We had 7 shots in total (not one dangerous), they had 26.

Was on the opposite side to the away fans today some interesting barometers that Coates and Walters must have sensed too that were very visible or audible
1 Tangible frustration very early at the padding around in our 18 yard box . 2 Real cynicism when we did hsve a attack “ we had a shot etc “ 3 Clear disillusionment overall
if they didn’t last week they will be disconcerted by that reaction today a light must have come on that they are on very very thin ice

Stop pissing about and go 4-4-2 If Pelach changes his footballing philosophy after 2 games he's toast. If you are serious about changing the approach your only option his to call for his sacking and that would take mental to a whole new level. Why did anyone think this would be an instant success? Bring in a new HC 5 games into a season with a completely different style of play and no preseason and this is exactly what is bound to happen. This team is going to struggle to adapt at its going to take until Xmas at least for things to start to click and it doesn't we are in relegation battle whether we stick with Pelach or not.

I’ve been going stoke since 1966, 58 years and I’ve never felt so low about MY team’s performance even the ‘85 season it wasn’t this bad, well it was actually! I thought the line up yesterday was too weak in midfield prior to ko but it turned out even worse, in effect burger & Thompson played as defenders tippy tapping the ball across our penalty area and looking to hit long balls which in the main turned out aimless “passes”, so to me we had (including victor) 7 players tippy tapping across the back line, two full backs I presume trying get forward into midfield position’s (where actual midfield players should be) with no success whatsoever, once boro realised we couldn’t pass water and started to press, our forwards dropped back as getting no service so therefore we had no midfield and no forward line as we got more & more disjointed, I rate the players victor a 3, the rest of them a 1, of course this is down to the “tactics” they were asked to execute, coach (narcis) -10, poor imo to try play like this and I can’t see us getting anything on Wednesday either if he uses same tactics as pompey will at least be organised and will do a Hull on us. I’m a firm believer in letting defenders defend and as they are footballers aren’t they, have a solid midfield of four doing their jobs! Backtracking now, presume juno was one of the three midfielders named but as I iterated earlier with burger & Thompson so deep juno was neither here or there and bewildered as to what his role was, neither midfield or in front four, I’m a season ticket holder but even after just two half arsed games in charge by narcis and Walter’s I will not pay to watch this next season, the 1300 who went yesterday I salute and give you 10/10 for having to travel back after such a shit show of a display, hope I’ve expressed my feelings adequately I could go on as I’m sure all of you could, this latest showing kept me awake most of the night and had to get off my chest, hope some of you bothered to read!!!

I’m also a Boothen ‘veteran’ from the sixties. It’s almost like a different game these days. Where has all the determination and passion from the players gone? A new manager every year or so and endless talk about tactics. If talking solved anything we would be on top of the league.
How did Walters get parachuted into the position that he has? He was technical director at Fleetwood who ended up being relegated last season.
