Who would be next on the manager list?
Think we’ve exhausted options. Pelach just has to work

Said it several times. The job requires an experienced management team under a director of football that knows their stuff! We’ve had one semi decent manager since relegation and that was Michael O’Neill. Even he lost his way! I said at the time appointing Pelach was bonkers and said he’d do a Kamara and last 12 games. Nothing has changed my mind. Pelach is just another in a long list of poor decisions. Poor choice of manager/ coaches with disastrous recruitment. Recipe for diasaster

Needs to win some games

1 win in 8 games now.
Even the most optimistic of fans would have probably expected better than that.
Need to concentrate on the relegation battle ahead, three big points on offer against Derby but they'll be thinking the same.

He doesn't really do wins. He is insistent his dogma will work in the end. It might be this week or next March or next season but it will work, in the end. I'm not 100% convinced. I suspect the players think he's crackers, certifiably mad, men in white coats time, but they can't say so.

But look at the sequence of results since he took over. Look at how every team except Portsmouth have overwhelmed us. Dominated the ball. If he can’t show signs of addressing that, and get the right result, on Saturday then the alarm bells will be ringing.

Are you actually being serious? I'm obviously missing something, what happens if we don't beat Derby? Then we’ll be under even more pressure against Blackburn, which means we won’t win that either, then we play Millwall and they will smell blood and tear into us like a pack of wild dogs, our fragile players will capitulate and the fans will invade the Waddington Suite and demand Walters’s head on a platter of sausage rolls. Wouldn’t it just be easier to beat Derby?

We look fucking shot at the minute and the statistics are quite frankly abysmal. Have you looked at the next 10 fixtures? We're in a big mess and I've seen nothing to suggest that we have the tenacity or drive to turn it around. Look at shots against us in the last few games and wake up. A loss to Derby will be catastrophic. It won't send us down mathematically but won't help mentally.

It’s an important game and we do need a result, but there’s no such thing as a “must win” in early November.
