Especially as Martin seems to be ready to really go for it I would say Everton at home next Saturday is far more important It is but he’s saying no the same level of change as previous rounds and he believes momentum is key

Oh he has Wait till you see the team selection tomorrow 😂😂😂 Whatever the team tomorrow is no indication it’s Walters that shaped it I expect a young and experienced squad (with so exceptions) will be the main stay for tomorrow night. The minds will be concentrated on Saturday. Of course I could be wrong but I think the suggestion that Walters in some way interferes with, or is involved in team selection is preposterous and totally unfounded. Unfounded unless a poster on the Oatcake can substantiate their statement.

Silence sort of tells a story but you can read into it what you want to . If Walters were to give him support and then sack him it would be challenged fot sure . Perhaps keeping the royal silence is the best policy atm . Chico is a nice chap but he talks out of his backside . When you take over the one thing you do is be pragmatic. Then bring about change slowly but surely and I speak from experience. Change management is a tricky thing One of change management's biggest challenges is to get everyone on board with the direction you're heading in. It's often met with resistance and fear. I've worked in change management too and it's all about certainty and strong leadership. It’s not necessary to be outwardly strong . Within yourself you have to have a strong mentality to ride the waves of resistance resentment and stubborn refusal. But for certain you don’t start with the stick. Pragmatism is the order of the day . Chico has filled their heads with his mumbo jumbo and his inexperience is blatantly obvious. I don’t think he has lost the players as they all ran to him when Manhoef scored against Norwich . But to date he’s taken the team backwards. Time pressure is his biggest enemy

It would be easier to back Pelach's methodology if our stats looked good even if our results don't.
But we've lost the stats in all his matches in charge except for Portsmouth I think.
We seem to have shots raining in on our goal at a rate of 1 every 3 or 4 minutes.
It's not sustainable.

I think you are completely naive if you think the coach has no say at all? Ennis? Walter has a very big say in team selection Jesus fucking Christ if this is true, what the fuck is going on? At no other club does the sporting director have a say in team selections. Why do we keep getting things so badly wrong 😭🤬

He had similar start point but he had the summer Pelach hasn’t had that yet? Or even a January. I suppose he also has the challenge from the fallout of the sacking, which is very difficult when you're aware that lots of the players and fanbase didn't want change. It looks like it's taking its toll, which is why I believe he needs public support from Walters. Who are the bad eggs in the dressing room?

Eustace didn't win a game in 11 for Blackburn when he took over...
Heaven forbid our fans don't back a manager who has inherited a average back four and CM and don't let him have a proper window before we judge him, this season will be average so nothing new. Give the guy a summer/window and see how he does....

This cycle has to stop and somewhere a coach given the time, hopefully it’s Pelach.

Two bad eggs for sure were Mmaee and Baker . No need to say anything about Mmaee but Bakers petulant display in his last appearance for us spoke volumes. I don’t think Laurent was a bad egg but the way he was shipped out maybe he was ( I doubt it though ) .

I have a horrible feeling we will sack Pelach just after the January transfer window closes. Again the new manager will be left with a squad he has inherited with no room for recruitment.

Thats my worry if we sack him before the xmas period, new manager gets xmas games & the transfer window which would probably result in us staying up end of or after the window it's much more difficult we could sack him now of course in which case plenty of time for new manager to sort things out the whole thing is tortuous

Really? With the injuries he’s had and no time to work with what he’s got? Canon can’t play as a sole striker and the others are so limited? I think if you thought Shoeys sacking harsh that would be ridiculous?

We 100% need to rid ourselves of Pound Land Walter’s and empty headed Coates junior in order to try and salvage something remotely positive from this season, we can’t keep repeating settle for 16th and keep adding shite players, even the u21 can buy a win

I don't know if Walters interferes in team selection. As sporting director he is bound to have some chats about players and how they are used but to what degree who knows. I do understand however that he was very unhappy that Schumacher played Gooch out of position as a No.10 at Oxford and apparently made his feelings known.

Pound Land Jon is and always be an hindrance at this club, a bit part role at Fleetwood then he arrives here on a temporary basis then gets the gig on a full time basis. He needs to leave

Gallaghers career tells you he's likely to be injured Lawal has 42 career appearances in League one We had the whole summer to address Pearson Gooch is Gooch. Why are people making out he's had to manage an absolute disaster?
