I don't have much to add that others haven't already included, so I'll be controversial and say that I've seen a lot of people pick Shaqiri, but no mentions of Moses, who I thought was a much better player and was a key part of Chelsea's title winning team under Conte a couple of years later. I don't think people took to him at the time because he maybe gave the impression of not being very committed, especially when he went back to Chelsea for injury treatment, but he was so good. I loved that Hughes side with extreme pace on the breakaway. I wonder how many players we've had since relegation who would have got into the 2008 promotion winning side? Nash Wilkinson Shawcross Cort Dickinson Lawrence Delap Whelan Cresswell Sidibe Fuller Nearly picked Shaq but Chamberlain was simply better

No doubt defenders are better now but even so. He had the lot.

Before his injury, Chamberlain was immense.
I always loved a winger but he was the best.
