Sick of people blaming the the board JC.
Recruitment of players aint his job.
Managers yes.
Recruitment is awful, shite weak players is our downfall.
Thompson,Baker ,Laurent,Mmaee Burger,Willmot.Probably Bocat
Chuck in a piss poor Junior atrocious Gooch.
Then wonder why we are struggling.
Stoke City sign for Stoke and be weak,best training facilities and this shit.

Mama scouted Bocat (25 times apparently) and we had to beat other clubs off with a stick to get him to sign for Stoke.

Recruitment team Managers, coaches, sporting directors. Medical staff are all appointed by the board. The question is is any of it good enough. I doubt it. |

The game has moved on. Yes you need certain types in certain positions for certain games. The recruitment team should be totally separate from manager/coach as possible except the coach gives positions and style of play he/she wants bringing in. |

Well.whilst we have Wilmot Laurent,Baker,Burger,Mmaee,Videgal etc were buggered.
They have one of the best training grounds in Europe.
Tgey all.come look.ok.,enjoy the facilities then join the go easy club its so obvious.

Do i blame the manager yes hes been niave with tacticts.
His forward plan today was good.
Now lets get into the crux.
The team is weak physically and athletically.
Laurent,Baker,Wilmot,Thompson,Junior,Gooch,
possibly Bocat are nowhere near the level required even midtable in the championship.
I see it,most see it but some have their favourites.
Were short up front as we know.
If we do not change it were relegation fodder.

We’re a very Weak team , … looked ok going forward, at times , but when the ball gets lost we’re fucked ….. it hasn’t helped playing the two most Physical teams in the league back to back

As with any loss I am annoyed for half an hour and I forget about it and focus on things that really matter. Not going let something out of my control put me in a downer so people have to put up with me in a mood. |

What concerns me is that we sign players with good reputations, doing really well and within weeks of playing for us, they all seem to turn into bags of sh*t. It has happened so many times over the past 8 years or so. Why?

The biggest concern in this club is the work rate, the ethic. Lack of fitness, injuries, weak mentality, no will to perform, no ambition. Good players coming are corrupted in few weeks and some players are good after leaving.
