Interesting to see how this pans out. There’s nothing obvious to suggest why we are actually signing him. That alone is exciting in a strange way. What have they seen in him to bring him over? Massive move for him and he will need time to bed in and get used to everything. He's 27 in December. Played mainly in a shit League. Not capped by his country who are pretty shit. Sounds like he'll be shit .... |

The only issue I've had today is when someone called him "Jap" instead of using his easily pronounced name which I thought was disrespectful in the context. It's not about being "woke" ffs. Why would anyone mention the shape of his eyes in the first place? And how would they think they weren’t being racist? What the fuck is wrong with people. It is Seko as in rhyming with Portugese legend Deco.
Not "Seeko" and not "Sayko." Apologies if this ruins some of the puns earlier in the thread.
Bonus lesson:
Tatsuki should be pronounced "Tatski." The "u" when part of the "tsu" sound in Japanese and not at the end of the word, is kind of silent.
