If Thompson or Laurent were playing like Burger today they'd be getting pelters Something certainly amiss with the Burger King I don’t think there is. His time here has always been the same he has a really good run of games where he’s stand out then a run of average/bad games. |

Gooch is a player who when he does something bad, it looks really bad, if that makes sense. He's certainly putting a shift in.

Gooch is a player who when he does something bad, it looks really bad, if that makes sense. He's certainly putting a shift in. I do admire his effort, but we really need someone with more than just effort playing up there. |

I like what I've seen there, we're competing in this league again it seems. The question now is, do we gamble and bring on more attacking players for Gooch and Burger, or do we consolidate?

he’s played most his career as a DM why’s SS as changed that 🤷♂️ I think he wants to press and doesn't believe Baker would do his part. We’ve got Lawal and now Moran for that. One of them should be playing with Burger back in his more natural position as a 6. |

I know everyone seems to love him but Thompson was really poor that first half.
Laurent and Manhoef the only attacking players that look on it.
Tezgel, Gooch, Burger not really offering anything going forward for us.
Its not awful by any stretch but I would be tempted to make a sub at half-time. We seem too dependent on Manhoef at the moment to create anything

What’s all this moaning about ? Decent half. Could have had a couple with a little more composure against a decent Watford team. Lots of flair to bring off the bench second half as needed
