I don’t want to be negative but if he’s that highly rated I find it hard to believe he’d be coming here. I’d be very very happy to be wrong though. Hopefully he’s better than our last two South American midfielders (although Palacios I think was just an awful tragedy given his brother being murdered).
Let’s hope we can sign him and move on one of our current crop
