Surely Josh knew before today? Now Campbells gone can see Josh wanting to go too. Here’s hoping.

I thought he was off when he come of clapping all parts of the brit.
As much as I rate him and like him think it was the right time for all parties.
I will say good luck to him!

We need at least one new striker. Tyrese going frees up a space without getting rid of MMaee or Ennis. And also Wes who's allegedly on big wages. Ennis needs selling,if we can't get a fee then just give him away for free.

We are going to need a couple of strikers as Ennis is not good enough and I can’t believe Mmaee and Vidigal will stay.

Our striker pool looks scarily thin as it stands, even if M'waee stays..do we think we need at least 2 front men in?

The celebration he did at Southampton is a well known one, nothing to do with being on the bench. This goal celebration seems to have started by Kudus at West Ham and for Ghana, and has since been copied by players at Man Utd, Liverpool and Leicester plus a few others. Either all these other players were making a statement about being benched (?), or I think this is a case of misinterpretation of a goal celebration and wanting to see something in it that didn't really exist. I think it was more a case that he had to run 10 yards and needed to sit down.

we don’t have anyone else No reason why we shouldn't get a decent replacement for Campbell. Hopefully the new man will be a natural leader of the line who will be a good header and who the ball will stick to as well as him having good shooting ability. campbell wasn’t really lead the line player imo , we need someone who can do it better and scores a few more , very hard find

I liked Campbell. Always felt better about going into a game if he was starting - and although not prolific his injuries often got in the way of a run of games to find his groove.
Good luck mate, seems like a good lad and very popular at the club. I hope you go on to have a great career - and we go on to find a striker who can score more goals and fits the system.

It will e interesting to see where he goes. I wonder if he has a move already lined up. I wish him luck but hope that it is not to another Championship club.

You’d like to think we’re pretty confident in securing a replacement striker or two, hopefully our main targets if we’ve announced Ty leaving so soon

It’s a shame, especially after 8 years at the club, but probably for the best. The eternal nearly man, flattering to deceive. I always wanted him to do well but he rarely has. Even he’d have been the Tyrese we’ve seen this month all along I’d be absolutely gutted.
As it is, for a player that’s been here so long he’ll be forgotten come September. Hope he goes on to do well, shame it’s not going to be here.

I would’ve liked him to stay. He has been on the edge of doing something for us a few times but then stuttered or stumbled. Last few games he’s looked good in a good team but when we’re not playing well there is a lot of disinterest.
Guess it’s probably best for both now.
Hopefully we unearth another gem or Mmaee realises he’s got a great opportunity with us over the summer and gets fit & raring to go.

Played for a better contract elsewhere, rather than for a new contract here. Off you go Tyrese. Don’t let the door hit you on the way out. No legacy here nor will he have elsewhere.

Sad to see him go. There is clearly a talented player in there, but he seems to have lost him way somewhat. Whether that is a mental thing or a physical thing remains to be seen, as we had small glimpses of his ptotential these last 2 games. Wherever he ends up, i wish him the best, except against us, as he will sadly fall into the category of "What could have been" for us, along with the likes of Dean Crowe, Oli Shenton, etc. Good luck Ty

I'm.just glad it's done and not dragged on we.... He's not stopping so let's move on he had more than enough chances to make a name for himself here but always fell short with his finishing and general fitness and yes his goal yesterday was great but all too rare an occurrence to make him the main man at a club

In the 7 seasons in the first team if you count Lambert as the one who gave him his debut he would have had 6 managers and numerous caretaker managers. Never good for young player development in a club that has consistently under performed. I wish him well but not surprised he is leaving.
