be amazed looking at the fixtures if he is still here end of October if he is we must be flying up the league Agreed. Today was a massive game that AN needed to win to help buy him some time. Instead, we now have to try and get something at Bristol before games against Southampton and Leicester. It would not be a massive surprise if we failed to win any of those games.

Wilder is maybe the stand-out realistic free agent British manager. And we know the Cotes family like him and he's been in the mix more than once before. But his star has fallen quite a lot since then with his Boro and Watford spells. When you put up your 'next manager poll' the end is nigh. Is it time yet? Haha! I can't think of enough candidates! I'm struggling after Wilder.

Sounds like you've joined the dark side. Must be getting bad! I try and look at the bigger picture and I’m conscious that we have a lot of players to bed in. But how can they bed in when he can’t even keep any semblance of a settled team/formation? It’s management by numbers, and today was a big moment in his time here I fear……… This is a great point. We need somebody who has a clear way of playing now don’t we. The benefits of everyone knowing what they’re doing week in and out has surely got to outweigh any element of surprise we gain from random switch ups, especially at this level.

I was all for giving Neil time, but his record especially at home is horrendous and today was so bad, square pegs in round holes, no game plan, no intensity. After Sheff Wed and Rotherham we must be in the batch of teams that could end up on the relegation battle.

He's a gonner. Is just a question who pushes the button 1st, Coates or the supporters. The only way I see him staying is if the board think he might as well have the next 3 league games (because we’ll probably only have a caretaker for those if we sack him now anyway), and he somehow pulls off 2 wins.

Hounded out at Norwich, and didn't do anything at Leicester either. Hard to know the profile we'd be looking at though. Not convinced we'd go old school Brit this time

Jokanovic?

I suspect he’s not. But the problem is once you reach this stage, it usually goes one way. The crowd become impatient which seems to add panic to the players. It’s rare it gets turned round from this point. 4 losses from the last 5 with a tough run coming up.

We've now had 5 shit managers in a row. All British, surely that should tell the board something. Law of averages says we should get one that could at least get us in the top half.
Fingers crossed for Lucky7.

It all went a bit shit for Dean Smith once John Terry left as his assistant in my opinion. Probably an unpopular choice but I'd actually consider John Terry as a bit of a wildcard.
