I love this goal, far post header, takes the ball a defender and the goalie all into the back of the net with him...
Edit: the bottom one I mean, the first one's the one FM posted. In fact the two together make a pretty good impression... not only has he got the technical skills, he gets stuck in too by the looks of it....

Here we fucking go this is what I've wanted for years. Considering we were one of the early pioneers with Frank Soo, I have always felt we could be a bit more imaginative with that side of the world, the Bundesliga and teams like Celtic and Brighton have proven there is talent there and of course Son is a fantastic player for Spurs. Obviously I'm not expecting this lad to light the world on fire because I know fuck all about him but even off the pitch the commercial income for something like this could be HUGE for the club in a world where we are trying to be self sufficient. Stoke signed Frank Soo from Prescot Cables (Lancashire?)! His parents were Chinese but he was English in so far as he played for England! Stoke didn't recruit players from abroad in those days (at least I can't think of any!). I'm aware of that but he was the first to play in the football league via us and it's a piece of history we should be proud of (despite the fact we don't seem to have any involvement in the foundation as was shown last season) |
