Every loan has a recall option, whether it’s printed or not in the press. I know this from a 100% reliable source - no loans are for the full term if the parent club wants the player back When Travers was recalled by Bournemouth they practically had to go to the Hague. Why so if it is always easy to recall? Was it before the transfer window? i.e. do the loaning club only have the option in January? Travers was special as he's a GK, and Bournemouth argued about they had no senior GK available because of injury. |

I know I’m adding but seriously how many pages on this so called footballer - & having played county league - maybe not the best - for over 20 years he would not have lasted 45 minutes in any team I played in. Clayton, Parkway etc. he’s gone so let’s just thank god and move on to proper players who want to play for stoke.

I’m afraid when you have a healthy/irrational suspicion of a person it’s not something that will evaporate easily or quickly. I think it would be detached from reality to argue that the regime/s to which he is associated rightly or wrongly were/are extremely divisive, you either love them or you hate them and there’s not too much in between. He’s there in the job so you can rejoice and for us who it doesn’t sit well with there’s very little we can do about it or would want to unless our fears are realised. I dare say we weren’t a majority then but were of a significant enough number to make them listen. I for one certainly won’t wait and suffer dinosaur football for 10 years this time before taking a stand should it reappear. |
