This is all that comes into my head when people are working out how to pronounce his name.

Isn't it pronounced My... slightly elongated.
Armand Van Helden - My My My
My My My

Limbs all over the place
When he scores a goal.
I have a habit of making a song which is a kiss of death for a player so probably best not ever contemplating singing it.

If Wesley Moraes Ferreira da Silva, can have Wesley on the back of his shirt, why can't he just have Ryan on the back of his shirt?

Thoughts on him tonight those who watched him? Thanks Struggled to get involved Thought he was better than Saturday and did his defensive duties well. Nothing spectacular going forward but thought he was steady.

I think the fact AN was highly praising him in training is enough for me to think he'll come good once settled in

The lad is an absolute baller and when he's up to speed he is going to be devastating IMO.
Reminds me a lot of Bojan when he first arrived before he found his mojo.

You might be right. He played up front as a lone striker for his previous club, but I can only imagine he was up against lightweight defenders of much inferior quality. He’s obviously got the skill and talent, but in this league playing him again as a lone striker might be chucking him in at the deep end. He’ll learn, adapt and come good in the end, but how much time can we afford to give him is the question.

The way he moves the ball reminds me of a certain Jamaican. Took him 10 mins to get into the game but after that he was excellent. Good 1st touch, has good awareness of players around him and there movement and hardly gave the ball away

I think he's better in between the lines. For a while him and Wesley got in each others way. As the game developed he found more space. I don't mind him dropping to pick up at all. He also managed to roll the defenders a couple of times which was nice to see rather than just hold it up. I know Vidigal is getting all the headlines but he is in the more difficult role and I think he will prove to be the better player when he susses out the league.

We need to be patient with him, I'm convinced he will come good. His fitness isn't quite there yet but when he gets up to speed he's going to be some player.

Good touch and very good in tight areas. Not quite there yet but you can see he’s got it. Hopefully we can find the right position for him.

A very very intelligent footballer who had some excellent touches tonight and as posters have said once his fitness is up to speed i believe we’ll have a top player on our hands

Still looked like he wanted a second more on the ball than he’ll get in England but there were promising signs tonight.
He’s clearly a clever player with good touch and awareness. He has a knack for letting the ball run across him and turning the defender in the process to find space.
I think he’ll come good but I’m not sure in what position.

Apparently the players have been really impressed by him in training, he’s shredded and can run all day!
Thought he looked good on Saturday, was just overshadowed by some outstanding performances! Very promising start!

Thoughts on him tonight those who watched him? Thanks Struggled to get involved Indeed he did. Seems to be expecting more time on the ball than he's going to be afforded in this league. Still very early days though of course.

I’m afraid we’ll have to agree to disagree. Alex Neil is a top manager and he’ll have seen that he needs to be replaced as part of us progressing. Please bookmark this or save it or whatever. I’m quite happy to be proved wrong. So you’re saying Brown is on his way out? As I was saying………
