Stoke fans have always been the same. Cringeworthy wankers. Always moaning. Good players turn to shit when they come to Stoke and berated by the fans. Players Stoke fans moan about leave and go on to be good players. Spot the correlation. Fans of most clubs say this. It’s not unique to Stoke in any way. The best forwards we’ve had in my lifetime (Stein, Thorne, Fuller) were all written off elsewhere and then succeeded at Stoke. You’re manufacturing a problem. And Sheron, I would suggest

Yes, okay, but I said correlation, so what point are you making? If a bunch of failed retards were continually berating then it doesn't strike me as being a great motivation and at some point many would think, fuck it. Sure, you want people that are resilient, can laugh in their faces and it is a motivation, we had players like that before, Walters, Whelan and others and they wwere just slagged off. Stoke fans are shit. For many, they take a downward trajectory when they arrive and an upward trajectory when they leave. Point is you are slagging off the fans who have put up with shit for a few years when the players and the club in general have been serving up shit. It's a pretty one sided view. You could equally argue the reason Stoke fans are "shit" (to use your words) is the football has been shit. They keep taking my money and I keep going, yet you think I'm shit. Pisser. 🤣 You make a valid point about the quality on offer but how many times did you read on here about Whelan, Walters being carthorses, Anie and Shaq being lazy, Joselu and Moting not being good enough, how useless Whitehead and Cresswell were, how Brown and Baker are now useless. If you're paying your money and it's crap then I suppose yu have justification in calling it out, when perhaps you could saved or better spent some money instead, which is of course your prerogative. But when next to someone who just spends the game berating someone, which typically doesn't help the player, after a while it gets on your tits. Not only do the latest who are singled out for the shit have to listen to this expert view but the rest of us have to put up with it also. What about those paying that have to listen to it? Do we get the option to turn it off? You're paying those players but not paying those other paying punters that have to listen to it. I mean we can figure out for ourselves whether someone is underperforming without the explanation from the expert.

If we go out against Rotherham and put the emphasis on trying not to concede first and trying not to give the ball away , then I fear for the sort of crowds we are going to get . People are going to stop moaning and try not going instead .

www.csmaritimo.org.pt/andre-vidigal-transferido-para-o-stoke-city/Marítimo da Madeira – Futebol, SAD – informs that the athlete André Vidigal has been transferred to Stoke City, an English team that plays for the Championship, in England. Stoke City acquires 85% of André Vidigal's economic rights for 500 thousand euros. It should be noted that the British team was the only one to present a formal proposal for the acquisition of André Vidigal. The agreement was reached for the aforementioned 500 thousand euros, with Marítimo safeguarding 15% of income in a future transfer of the athlete. However, and naturally, Marítimo continued to probe the market while the dialogue with Stoke City, André Vidigal's new club and the only one to follow Marítimo's demands, took place. It's on the Maritimo official site So maybe we really do have IT problems?

Must be pretty big ones if it's took all day and still seemingly not working

They normally coordinate the announcement, don't they? But Maritimo and all the Portuguese media confirming it's a done deal - so all a bit weird www.abola.pt/nnh/2023-07-21/maritimo-oficializada-a-saida-de-andre-vidigal/997358Marítimo made official the departure of André Vidigal, a 24-year-old forward, to Stoke City, a team that competes in the Championship. Marítimo receives 500,000 euros for 85 percent of the pass. It should be remembered that Famalicão and Vitória de Guimarães were interested in the forward who still had one more year left on his contract. However, none of the clubs reached an agreement with Marítimo. Here is the full statement from Marítimo: Marítimo da Madeira – Futebol, SAD – informs that the athlete André Vidigal has been transferred to Stoke City, an English team that plays for the Championship, in England. André Vidigal arrived at Maior das Ilhas in the 2021/2022 season. After a great season at the service of Estoril Praia, with a vital contribution to the ascension to the First League of the “canarinhos”, André Vidigal took over the verde-rubra cause and played 73 games over the last two seasons, scoring 9 goals. Marítimo wishes André Vidigal full happiness.

Are we waiting for international clearance before announcing him?
FWIW I genuinely wasn't winding people up earlier re. Phil Greig. I walk my dog round the training ground quite often and see bits and bobs that are mildly interesting (not ITK at all) and he drove in quite sharpishly and emptied his boot of his equipment and bolted into the main reception. This was around 11:30am so you'd assume it wasn't to photo training as they would be training from 10am onwards and would be finishing up for lunch around about that time.

They’ll have a plethora of technical bods down the road, why wouldn’t they help their partner company?

He was written off after every game Apart from his Man City away game / goal. He was the second coming of Christ after that game And back to the devil the game after. Remember him playing out of his skin and dead on his feet at right back for the cause one week but back to the Gillian next week. Always battled hard for us. Too hard sometimes

If it's true it would be a very understandable thing to do. It could just be something to do with the Network at Clayton Wood. Bet365 offices will have tech specialists there..Clayton Wood won't

If you have a parent company whose main competitive edge is IT, would it make sense for a sports subsidiary to use them as a shared service?
