And decades of inquests. Robertson should be banned for weeks in my opinion for grabbing the guy! The yellow card he received presumably hasn't been rescinded. So although it's a small price to pay for what should have been a lenghty suspension, in the region of the 8 that the Fulham player got, it does mean that it's points that will be added to Robertson's file, so when he's assembled more, he will at least be suspended then. Plus any further behaviour of this nature by Robertson and what happened here will be remembered and held against him. His behaviour on the pitch will at any rate be under scrutiny for the foreseeable future. |

Agree that Robertson should get the same ban as mitrovic , 8 games .
He was more agressive and more in the officials face than mitrovic. So at least the same punishment as mitrovic for me.
Imo ( worthless !) The premier League should have given Robertson an 8 game ban and said that the recent incidents of players being aggressive to officials was unacceptable and in future any players found guilty of this, should expect a ban of MORE THAN 8 games.
That would have been enough to draw a line under it for sensible players and those dumb enough to continue agressively chasing after officials would have had no complaint when they got the inevitable ban .

Glad the official was cleared of any wrong doing Robertson was clearly invading his personal space and he was entitled to make an instinctive reaction.
