A pure myth that tymon cannot play LB in a 4 Tymon is a pretty awful defender, much better going forwards. We really need (and have done for at least 6 years) proper full backs/wing backs. It's a problem that has plagued us. Erik Peters wasn't the greatest but different class to anything we currently have, or have had, in that position since he left. And he left apparently due to something that happened off the pitch and not on it. Can't recall what it was unfortunately. Again, a myth. When he's played in a back 4 he's been absolutely fine. I agree he's a better LWB than a LB but the only times he's struggled defensively is in the LWB role when he's committed himself too far forward. |

We keep chopping and changing the team and players can’t build an understanding with each other. |

All 6 loanees need to go to give some room for manoeuvre. Our new Director of Whatever needs to earn his money and find a way. If the Bursik money isn’t enough to move in the transfer market, I would look at moving any or all of Brown, Baker and Wilmot. As far as I’m concerned. Everyone is for sale, manager, board, stadium included. |
