Knockaert has always been an excellent player at Championship level but whenever I see his name I always hark back to this. Him cheating, missing and conceding all within 60 seconds

Delap wasn’t really a target man anyway but he had some physicality, even if he often misused it.
Now that he’s gone we need to get a physical target man in sharpish.

Be shocked if we aren’t bringing a striker in with Delap gone… Prepare yourself for a shock. Wouldn't be surprised if this is to manoeuvre wages around to bring in Bentley. Tezgel to get more minutes (which would be a huge positive).

Strikers who are scoring ain't going to be let go, so we will end up with one who doesn't score many, joining the list of our other strikers.

Its usually at the back end of Jan and if they get injured then its almost a waste of time and money, lets face it we are not going up and (fingers crossed) not going down either, therefore a loan for someone like Jordan Hugill makes no sense to me If we are going to sign someone then for me we should try permanent or not at all

Over play him in a poor team with little service, possibly stunts his progress?

I think Tezgel has great potential but the lad is 17 and certainly not going to influence our season. Why would we think that he could?

I dont think anyone is suggesting that Tezgel is the answer today, but if you look at the others such as Delap, Gayle and even Campbell and Brown, could he do worse? I am not sure he could, plus do we want another loan player (which would probably fail in the same way Maja, Delap, Motando, Bidace and Clarke did) from another club to take Tezgels place? For me he should have time on the bench, have minutes here and there and slowly start to integrate him into the side, then who knows, look at what Owen did all those years ago when he was just 16, Rooney at 16. You never know!

Would Norrington-Davies get a passing grade? Maybe. (and, to be fair, THB wasn't bad) Perhaps we should retire gracefully from the loan market?

That list is shocking when you see how well others use the loan market! Saying that the way we are currently playing, we could sign Haaland and Messi and still struggle to score

We needed a right back and he has done a decent job there.

Clarke is shite, he tries but ultimately he's not good enough, it's a shame Sterling is made of biscuits or he wouldn't be getting a look in.
