Souttar had stars in his pocket at the World Cup and will thrive in a better team. He's not improved us much since Christmas because one great player doesn't make an effective team. I wish him well.

If we do nothing in this window, we will be relegated. No doubt about it. We’re an injury away from having Fielding or Simkin in goal. We haven’t got a fit right back. We don’t own a left back that’s to standard. We have one good centre half who is being misused. We don’t own a midfield. We don’t have any wingers the manager likes. And we have no one that can lead the line. Other than that it’s great. I really wish I could argue with you but the fact is I can’t

I was told come the summer we'd be in a strong position but doing nothing this window. If we do nothing in this window, we will be relegated. I suppose if we do sell Harry then that would free up funds also with 3 of the loan players out the door that could open the door for a couple in.

Bournemouth bid 10M for Antoine Semenyo at Bristol. Scored just 15 in over 100 games and has 18 months on his deal.
How that fits with 10M for Souttar I'm not sure.

We are very much where we deserve to be and for all the stick that Neil is getting, I’m not sure any other manager that we are capable of attracting could do any better.

Exactly, people bang on about how well West Brom and Middlesbrough have done since changing manager compared to us, but for me the squads they have were underperforming for the previous manager, where as our squad was so badly put together we are exactly were we should be.

Maybe someone can buy Soutar &, lend him back to us for the rest of the season. 😁

There is no chance we are getting anyone in, in time for tomorrow's game. If (more when) we lose Souttar, we are thoroughly in the shit, with no chutes of hope at all on the horizon.

I reckon a couple of the C targets could have come in by now but I am guessing they feel it's not worth it for 1 game as they maybe able to get A targets or new A targets become available. Who knows though, things change fast, but this condensing of the transfer is a joke.

Financial FairPlay is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen Where’s the FairPlay in Chelsea spending 600 million in 6 months? Yet we can’t spend a penny We know the rules. We only have ourselves to blame. Yes we do However it’s the rules that are the problem. It’s one rule for one and one for another It’s totally inept

Just had a quick scan on a Leicester forum. Can’t see much about Harry, but there are threads showing discontent towards the manager and owners so it doesn’t seem a massively happy camp. I did double check I wasn’t still stuck on the Oatcake 😂.

Don't want to tempt fate, but feels like we're for once negotiating with a bit more b*llocks. In an ideal world we'd get 25Million + but i'd be pretty happy with 15 Mill + Iverson on top, seems like we're not a million miles from that

It’s one rule for one and one for another It’s totally inept Your correct mate, Chelsea have spent 300m, and they are now considering a move for Ceicedo from Brighton for another 50 million whilst sticking very long risky contracts such as 8 1/2 years on Mudryk yet we can barely afford Messi's bootlaces but have the cash to spend. Bayern is right also and we do have ourselves to blame but the FFP as a whole needs a huge re-think It will all go wrong for sure and you can bet your bottom dollar nowt will be done until the likes of Chelsea, City, Arsenal, Liverpool or Man United get into difficulties. One will soon and you wait for all their fans crying about it

Chelsea are within the FFP rules because of their player sales, was my understanding. We, on the other hand, turned down 16m for Butland and 20m for Joe Allen. The rules may be debatable, but we knew what they were and ignored it. They also apply to everyone else in this league, yet somehow we're the only ones who have it bad.

This Iversen stuff. It's just from the 'interest' we saw on twitter isn't it? They've said no several times.
Souttar for £15m + add-ons and a % sell-on clause is good business considering our position.

Thats a good point, wonder if a loan(with view to buy) for Iverson rather than part x is up for negotiation, am sure it would be. Also keep forgetting the 15% (2.25 Million on 15 Million) we'd need to hand over to Dundee Utd
