Yeah I'm sure the man shoved against the car and the container is ok bar a few bruises. But the question is by the letter of the law (not what mine or your opinion is) was that assault? Possibly so, but isnt it also illegal to obstruct the highway? So the police should arrest one for obstructing the highway and one for common assault then? |

If I drove through a red light and cut you up and you got out of your car and beat me over the head with a hammer I don't think that defence would stand and neither should it....... |

Anyway that truck driver probably went over the top but what it does show is people are starting to take matters into their own hands and before long one of these oiks will get seriously injured.
