It's impossible to disagree with what they're saying.
We've known about global pollution for years yet government income from oil companies is too important for "our" government to take any action.
If we had invested in alternative technology 30 or 40 years ago there wouldn't be people still protesting now.

Criminal damage and obstruction of a highway for exsmple. I didnt see any police but I did see members of the public breaking the law also. Are we nicking the drivers as well? or are we encouraging mass vigilantes. I just want to know what's acceptable because there are plenty of people who piss me off too and Id like to join in. 🙂 |

I'll admit that I'm not keen on them blocking the roadways as the people they impact are probably not to blame. They could smear a gallon of shit over the front of Harrods for all I care though. For years, we have actively refused to consider alternative and greener options. We have waited till global systems are on the brink of collapse before somewhat giving a shit. The GM EV1 sums up the wests view of alternative energy technology. |

Not sure where I stand on it myself and not sure performing stunts like this get them the backing or support they want. Instead it can be a bit counter intuitive and turn people against them. Although it does raise awareness I guess.
