How that bloke has the nerve... If they do they’ll have to be arresting plenty of others too. While I appreciate your stance on this Cobs, what Campbell is saying is correct. The law is the law.

I don’t agree with what she’s doing mate and she needs telling particularly as it’s her party and it’s cuts that have put Policing back years but there’s numerous examples on social media of Abbot, Khan and Corbyn making comments that are just as bad which could be perceived as putting pressure on to charge.

It's quite hilarious that all these King and Country, True Blue, Law and Order Merchants are losing their shit because the Supreme Court made a decision which they don't like What an absolute bunch of hypocrites Cruella is merely a disgrace to the position she holds and will do or say anything if it advances her career

Mine's just an opinion but the family have to be willing to accept a decision that’s made by the IOPC who are independent.
You can’t have a system where you can only be happy if the decision goes your way regardless of whether it’s right or wrong.
Can you hazard a guess who made this comment a few months ago? Well the case hasn’t been heard yet so we’ll see what happens then won’t we if the officer is found “not guilty.” As I and others have said it’s more than likely that the fear of a backlash may have had an influence on the CPS re the charging decision, so by charging the officer the decision has taken the final decision out of there hands and puts it firmly in the jury’s. A full trial is the most transparent way and the most public and revealing way of painting a picture of what happened, something which wouldn’t happen if it didn’t make it to court. There’d always be questions and accusations if that happened. This could be a very important case in relation to the arming of police. If I was a firearms officer and after hearing the case it felt like the officer had been unfairly treated I’d be handing my card in as it would make me feel very badly let down. That of course though is speculation. After today’s revelations it does appear that the reaction of the public stoked by the likes of Corbyn, Abbott and Khan may have had an impact on the charging decision. Very concerning if true and even more concerning that I do occasionally get things right.

www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c0mzlvgjz04oWell said. Shame he didn’t name them but he’s bang on re this particularly “Britain’s most senior police officer has accused “those in positions of authority” of fuelling “a dangerous narrative” about the shooting of a black Londoner Chris Kaba after he was stopped by officers in 2022. Sir Mark Rowley, the Metropolitan Police Commissioner, said by focusing on Mr Kaba’s ethnicity, they had created "rumour and innuendo” which could “embolden those who work against the public". The Labour MPs Diane Abbott and Kim Johnson, and former Labour MP Jeremy Corbyn, were among prominent people who raised concerns about potential police racism or called for "justice for Chris Kaba". The Mayor of London Sadiq Khan said the shooting had caused "anger, pain and fear" for black Londoners. A charity, The Runnymede Trust, tweeted that "the legal system doesn’t deliver real justice for families bereaved by racist stateviolence".” www.standard.co.uk/news/crime/sadiq-khan-apology-met-police-chris-kaba-susan-hall-shooting-london-murder-b1192638.html

He’s an absolute disgrace who thrives on splitting communities. Fair play to Susan Hall for not letting it go. Though she was never a creditable candidate to be Mayor she’s bang on here. It’s a shame that his own party seem to have little to say re condoning him and others (Corbyn, Abbott) etc for the pre judged comments they made. They talk about equality without knowing the true meaning of it from their behaviour in this issue. Making their mind up it was a racist incident without their being any substance that it was.

Just apologise ffs, it’s not hard is it. Everytime his name is mentioned in some world of words, I have a look at what’s occured…and he’s the exact same everytime, blame everyone else and nothings ever his fault. And on a side note, wouldn’t it be nice if all kaba’s mates in this gang were promptly rounded up and chucked in the slammer. They talk about this gang like it’s the mafia. Go and do what’s needed to get them where they belong. We’ve had years of being told the police are underfunded etc, well now we have a labour government so crack on and sort it out
