Great gesture but doesn't this hamper us FFP-wise? Surely we could do with increasing income from ticket sales?

Great gesture but doesn't this hamper us FFP-wise? Surely we could do with increasing income from ticket sales? Fine balance, an increase in price may make result in fewer renewals For all of the criticism of the club atm, this is an outstanding gesture, it needs lots of national publicity regarding all that is good about our club

In reality they can't really do anything else. Footfall is falling year on year and the crowd are on the edge of the turning against the manager.
Increasing prices right now would be suicide.

Good news for those intending to renew. However with the current state of the football and the team sliding down the league with a manager seemingly with no idea how to address it, it does beg the question how many will bother if he stays in the job

Great from the club but the way things are on the pitch at the moment selling season tickets for next season is going to be a really hard sell. Things need to change & quick otherwise i see sales being lower than ever.

Great gesture but doesn't this hamper us FFP-wise? Surely we could do with increasing income from ticket sales? the difference of adding 50 quid to each adult season ticket is pretty negligible in the grand scheme of things

Fucking joke of a club. We’re a laughing stock. For keeping S/T prices the same? Or do you think that they should be reduced??

I think that some fans want any excuse to slate the club so my post was very tongue in cheek. Personally it’s an incredible gesture and I’m very proud that our owners think this way. Especially with the cost of living rising so rapidly.

Be interesting to see how much the average season ticket price has risen for all other clubs in the same period that SCFC have kept theirs the same. Might put into perspective for some people what this gesture means!

Great gesture but doesn't this hamper us FFP-wise? Surely we could do with increasing income from ticket sales? It is cleverly structured as a condition of the sponsorship so the sponsors can make up the difference in ticket prices and the costs of away travel.

Some are yes but I think it’s a little different now. The home form for the most part has been appalling (due to shift work and a holiday I’m yet to see them win at home this season) we are in a minimum wage paid area and with fuel prices set to go literally through the roof tough choices will have to be made and given the fare on offer and enjoyment pretty sparse I can see why they might hold off renewing

Super value is that, lots of people don't want to sit in the Family Stand especially as they don't always take their kids for night games.......

My only criticism of the club is that for those who a season ticket isn't worthwhile getting (shift workers, students who live away, self employed etc.) the pay on the day prices are expensive.
With the offer of £75 and £38 tickets across all areas of the ground for under 15's/under 11's I would consider making the Family Stand smaller and have an area where people can purchase 3/6/9 match mini season tickets to use as and when (subject to availability). I think it would be an attractive offer for many...........
