Great gesture but doesn't this hamper us FFP-wise? Surely we could do with increasing income from ticket sales? Fine balance, an increase in price may make result in fewer renewals For all of the criticism of the club atm, this is an outstanding gesture, it needs lots of national publicity regarding all that is good about our club Regards FFP .. obviously freezing revenue streams is a balance ..however , I note this time there’s a specific note that price freeze and free travel is covered by BET365 sponsorship , so presumably effectively cross subsidised , perhaps up to the point ( and beyond ) of the shortfall The other issue regards price freezes and free travel is effectively backing yourself into an ungrateful corner , as if at any point you come out of that corner ..then many fans ( not least on here no doubt ) will forget the previous fantastic gestures and moan like mad, while some in uncertain times it could mean they vote with their feet or indeed get priced out FFP makes freezing prices even harder due to having to balance the books ..without FFP it’s likely the family would have full control and cross subsidise via additional shares or loans For those that dream of new owners ..the first thing ( possibly after a small window of grace ) new owners would do is realistically remove subsidies ..West upper that’d probably cost me an additional £200 to even get near a ‘fair’ market price even in tier 2 .. in the prem the current price would probably realistically be doubled ..but hey ho wish away cornered or not it’s a fantastic gesture it’s also good to see that it’s continued despite the CEO leaving , who I understand was a firm advocate ( and no doubt a persuader to the board if they thought of changing the situation ) so good news all round

I'll be there. Palace on Tuesday, then straight in for my front lobe lobotomy on Wednesday morning....... Nurse! Another table please! Bit of a typo there. Did you mean "Waitress! Another table please!"?

“Adult Early Bird Season Cards start at £344, which equates to £14.96 per game in the Championship and £18.10 in the Premier League.”
Thanks for clarifying this Stoke but I’ll be basing my maths on staying in the Champo.

Has the complete price list been released yet. My lad is 15 in May so I assume there is an under 18 price

My lad is 6 and had the City 7's (I think it's called) in his school just before Christmas. Whilst he didn't get a kit they did say they he'd get a free season ticket next season.
Does anyone know what the crack is re claiming this, and getting it along with my season ticket???

Great from the club again. I fully appreciate any price “hold” by the club. However I do believe they are now reaping the benefit of their mismanagement of the club over the last 4 years (at least). How on earth could they increase prices after relegation and abject failure and expect a rush for tickets. In my relatively small circle of friends there’s now 2 out of 10 who have continued to purchase ST’s and before anyone would consider those choosing not renew tickets were “glory hunters” forget it. The more worrying part is that they've now decided to watch streams or live games from their armchairs especially in winter (match day experience). I imagine they’re now lost to the lost as far as £’s are concerned. Anyone else have similar stories?……worrying times The continuation of free away travel must be applauded

£100 in 2007 is worth £150 today.
So in real terms season tickets are now only two thirds of the price they were back then.

My only criticism of the club is that for those who a season ticket isn't worthwhile getting (shift workers, students who live away, self employed etc.) the pay on the day prices are expensive. With the offer of £75 and £38 tickets across all areas of the ground for under 15's/under 11's I would consider making the Family Stand smaller and have an area where people can purchase 3/6/9 match mini season tickets to use as and when (subject to availability). I think it would be an attractive offer for many........... This often gets overlooked and has been a bugbear of mine for many years now. The season tickets are great but at the same time I believe stoke charge the correct price and it’s other clubs that over charge. Anyway the match day tickets are extortionate and I feel the club gets away with it because people will say how good the season ticket price freeze and the free coach travel are.

Great gesture but doesn't this hamper us FFP-wise? Surely we could do with increasing income from ticket sales? the difference of adding 50 quid to each adult season ticket is pretty negligible in the grand scheme of things It really isn’t. I’m sure the psychology of marketing £355 or £455 as opposed to a £405 or £505 ticket is much easier. I’m sure the sales marketing arm of SCFC is more professional than the rest of the club. Keeping prices low will be more profitable for the club I am sure.
