Watkins is a decent player but he's not great. It might be harsh if he was world class but he's far from it

If you were a Premiership manager, you wouldn't start without a number 9 and leave both Watkins and Solanke on the bench.

I love Foden to bits but as it stands, I'd swap him for Watkins, switch to a 4231 and move Bellingham deeper and play Palmer as the number 10.

I don’t watch Newcastle as often as England’s staff probably do but I’m yet to see why Gordon is in the squad let alone the starting eleven. Get a forward on.

You can tell the difference between our players’ effort for a NL game we really should win and their club teams though.
