They said she was stealing which was frabrication and I'm 100% the that 'I just had a feeling' really doesn't hold up in court. The tribunal found that Ms Malik had been unfairly dismissed and discriminated against on the grounds of her race and religion. Clowns posting on the clown thread. Why people don't actually read and check stuff I've no idea. It's on the new first ladies' racist facist social site so it must be true obviously! |

There really needs to be a change in the law where rather than any person being caused harassment, alarm or distress officers are allowed a bit more discretion where the legal definition should be “any reasonable person.” Otherwise these type of arrests will keep happening. That said we only know the cameraman’s version and it does look a bit contrived as often they do. |
