This surely has to be a joke. Leeds seriously considering hiring Pardew according to this report...No way!
Skubala, formerly the club’s reserve coach, briefly took the reins between Marsch’s exit and Gracia’s appointment and has since been serving as a first-team coach. He remains well regarded by both senior players and club executives, but it may be felt that a more experienced manager would elicit a better response from a squad lacking in form and confidence. Alan Pardew is a possible option, as is Lee Bowyer, a former Elland Road midfielder who has managed Charlton and Birmingham in recent years.

I remember when he was linked with us when Hughes got sacked, it had Stoke written all over it. Luckily we played it sensible and went for Paul Lambert instead!

Trying for manager bounce obviously. Doesn’t work everywhere does it

From Bielsa to Big Sam in just over a year? Big Sam’s lost his marbles if he takes that , two relegations on his cv unless he fancies bringing them back and he left wba because he didn’t

Big Sam has a podcast on YouTube where he name drops like a good un. Most of them start off with his exasperation as to why nobody has called him in the PL to go in and do a job.
He'll rip their hands off for it.

It's like we've just been plunged into another dimension where are all clubs are now run in a virtual world of a gaming football manager. Fire/Hire who cares, if it goes tits up just press the restart on the game again. Crazy. We'd better get rid of Neil sharpish, we're looking completely out of touch with the unreal world here.

Wonder how far down the list Pulis was? seems such a strange appointment, he subscribes only to the tactics of POMO (position of maximum opportunity) and is being given 4 games to try and bend a group of modern players too an old tactical style it will be a bloodbath!

Meanwhile Pulis is waiting patiently for Steve Cooper to be sacked Nathan Jones is waiting for that one, so he can claim to have managed a double European Cup Winning Club. Thus fulfilling justifying his personal image of himself.

It would be really galling for Toffees if Big Sam (a manager they sacked) was responsible for Everton being relegated.

I've been saying for years that the big money is ruining the game, but it seems that it is also driving people into making insane decisions. It's gone so crazy that I am waiting on someone to reveal that Everton recommended Big Sam to Leeds. I used to think that managers were overpaid but with the new "3 managers a season" system, I don't blame them for getting as much as they can. What makes any club who have got their appointment wrong twice in a season, think they will get it right the third time. Is it just 3rd time lucky?

If Leeds go for Big Sam and sack their DoF, it is yet more evidence that having another leader at the club other than the manager is a flawed idea that will quickly disappear.
