I think West Ham have definitely had a massive benefit from their fans not being in the ground.
They hated/hate that stadium and I think their players played with a general fear there and it's no surprised to see them freed up with the fans not in.

The success he has shows that there is at least some justification for the 'managerial merry-go round'.

All three sentences seem spot on to me. They were. For me the last sentence was extremely poignant, IMHO the club should have gone down this route with the sacking of Hughes
