Yes. He's still our best player and rightly so our best asset.
As soon as possible.

Can see us shift to 343
Brown Surridge/fletcher Campbell
Powell might have to miss out though.

Yes but only if he’s fully fit, don’t want to rush him back we’re doing fine without him anyway

Without a shadow of a doubt.. if his injury fully recovers he's a class apart as far as I'm concerned

Can see us shift to 343 Brown Surridge/fletcher Campbell Powell might have to miss out though. MON has said before he wants to play 433, you can definitely see that as a front three if we did play it. Our formation at present suits the group of players and I hope we keep playing to strengths of the group rather than ideology formations.

I like Ostigard, but I don’t see him as a right back. I like Wilmot, but don’t see him playing left back either.

Campbell was Premier League quality before the injury, let's hope he comes back where he left off. If he does, he's a lock in our lineup, one of the best players in the league

My major concern with the Campbell situation is the loner this injury continues the better player Campbell becomes on this site. There is no doubting that his scoring record post debut was very promising and exciting but I believe Stoke fans need to lower their expectations just a little and give him the opportunity to get back on his feet again.

He’s so far away still :/ My hope is that we are within touching distance of the playoffs around Christmas, assuming he’s back around then.

He does sound 3/4 months away still, that's why I think we need another striker option.

Getting match fit is going to take some time and to see him fit and firing before Christmas would be massive for us.

Promising. It does sound as if his progress in recent weeks might have been quicker than we thought. Hopefully the club were deliberately downplaying expectations and are now confident enough to start talking about his return in the not too distant future. Fingers crossed that we see him getting a few minutes in a game (U23s?) soon and back in the first team squad before too long.
Lets hope that he doesn't succumb to the soft tissue injuries which seem to blight so many players coming back from a long lay off

Think this news will put to bed any talk of another striker still being on the menu.

Time for calm. He'll need time to find his rhythm again.

Saw him on the car park before the game on Saturday and expected him to be limping still a bit. But he looked fine, which pleased me and this news is marvellous.

Time for calm. He'll need time to find his rhythm again. Exactly. I’m expecting very little from him this side of Christmas, it’s a massive injury he’s coming back from. Shearer said it took him twelve months after his return to action to feel back to normal so any performances and potential lack of goals need to be considered in context. I do recall the club saying they wanted to be in a strong position with options to remove any pressure from Campbell. On that basis I think we will still look for another striker as one injury to the front three options (we could see Fletcher grounded at the drop of a hat as a likelihood) will immediately create that pressure on Campbell.

Has anybody asked O'Neill what the time range is doesn't you know? O’Neil won’t give a timeframe. Ask yourself why is that? He's given a timeframe.
