That’s amazing. The way he summarised his team’s performance was exactly how we looked under him. I was always prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt as I think he’s a nice bloke, but he really is a poor manager which shows in the remarkable similarities between Luton and Nathan’ Stoke team.

It's fair to say his opinion of his players is open minded , he is quite happy to change his opinion of a player from one extreme to the other .
If you play for him ,must be difficult to work out where you stand with him
