Next Watford managerial appointment is going to be of 2 Managers, so that they've got one on the bench as substitute for when the other gets sacked.

They could try a party game of Christmas "pass the parcel". Whoever is in the interview when the music stops is the new Manager.
Or the Pantomime version. "Oh no he isn't!"

I would hate have owners like that, why would you take that job knowing you will be sacked within a year?

I would hate have owners like that, why would you take that job knowing you will be sacked within a year? Because if you had signed a 2 or 3 year contract they would have to pay you the lot, for, usually, just a few months work. Ivic will easily get another job soon.

Watford are fucking ruthless aren't they?
So who will their next set of managers be this season?
Bilic next, maybe Howe after that, then some random foreign manager to finish the season.

Well, I didn't see that coming...said no one.
There have been few appointments in recent year where I've looked at at though that's an absolute dogs dinner of an appointment. Solskjaer at The Shit was probably the last. A man who wasn't that good at Molde and struggled at Cardiff managing Man Utd! Awful appointment.
Watford are an absolute toilet of a club.

From Wikipedia:
Owner: Gino Pozzo
Gino Pozzo (born 1965 is an Italian businessman and managing director and legal owner of Watford F.C., who owns a sports investment group focused on the football sector. He is son of Italian businessman Giampaolo Pozzo and a member of the prominent Italian business-owning Pozzo family.
Pozzo got his start in football as soon as he left university in his early 20s and has built his career around talent scouting and development of high-potential players.
Over the past decade, Pozzo and his family have become notable for their multi-club ownership strategies, including transferring players between Watford F.C., Udinese Calcio, and Granada CF (with Granada CF sold to Chinese businessman Jiang Lizhang in June 2016).
Pozzo is reported to have a pattern of investing small sums of money into high-risk players. His larger clubs’ network has helped his business to minimize player acquisition costs while maximizing the profit from surging transfer fees as players are transferred and loaned among ‘sister clubs’ and later sold at a premium achieving high returns.
Pozzo is often found at Watford's training grounds and has been known to monitor all players through GPS devices that track the players’ performance data while in training. He is known to have minimal contact with players and addresses them as little as once per year, yet observes his teams locally on a weekly basis.

But a Watford manager has to go....they always do, even when they are doing well for a Watford - and what that means for us is because so many of our ‘supposed’ ‘stoke fans’ vehemently want MoN out. Hate him and hate winning...
Maybe we’d instead hire an ‘Ivic’ that has those magical silky Udinese connected silky wonders that we’ve blindedly been missing for the past ____ years.

Bat shit mental club is right and I see why. They are only Watford, doesn't matter who or what the owner thinks he is. (Fatal lack of self-awareness) That Wikipedia reference - wow! In other words, an entitled, backstabbing, impossible to please martinet who tries to manage on-field results via a balance sheet. Doesn't have the guts to deal with the personnel face to face but is content to spy then axe them when a matrix doesn't align.
So, he doesn't back his employees - constantly firing managers. A Clown-Emperor who probably has a picture of General Westmoreland on his office wall. They won't continue to attract decent managers and for certain will not KEEP them for any length of time if this continues. They will be left with the desperate and delusional candidates.
They will achieve the same results Gen. Westmoreland achieved in Vietnam playing "by the numbers." A win here and there in the battles, but a complete loss in the war. What a bunch of cocks. Sorry - I forgot my "proof in parallel": The parallel is an American NFL Franchise who created the same revolving door policy with players and coaches over the past several years. They are using the exact same philosophy as Watford. A joke of a franchise known as the New York Jets who are just lucky that the NFL doesn't have relegation because they have yet to win a single game this season. The league is littered with their ex-players who mostly have proven to be great at their new teams.

This bit doesn't really make any sense to me but I think you are saying that there are a lot of Stoke fans who want MON sacked. I don't see any evidence for this on here. In fact, I would suggest that most fans are very happy with the job that MON is doing. Some fans have some concerns, particularly about our lack of attacking threat or inability to pass the ball accurately on a consistent basis, but these concerns are not enough to warrant wanting MON out of the club. To be honest, I am surprised that you think this is the case as I see no meaningful evidence on here to support that view.
