Well, first week of PT was fantastic! I’ve done my mid week weigh in today and we’ve got from 111kg to 109.1! Really, really happy with that and long may this continue. Macros are hard to get used to, not the eating stuff part because some of the recipes are fantastic, but making sure I hit the macro and calorie goal. I was under a bit last week but cracking it so far this week. Nice one Chiggers, glad you’re enjoying it. Keep up the work💪🏻

Looks like you're already seeing rewards

Looks like you're already seeing rewards Ive got a schedule down at the minute Fel from the PT for what to do myself. 3 x own sessions at the gym on a mix of cardio (bike, rower, treadmill) and push/pull training. With the push/pull I’m just trying to get my form back when I did a lot of weights pre covid with my mate. Then the 1 x a week for PT and then 2 x a week brisk walking for 30 mins. Can do stuff any day I like though so had a rest day today, PT tomorrow and then gonna walk Friday and Saturday, back in gym Sunday.

Who is this commentator on sky that sounds just like the late great Paul Allott? It's spooking me out how much it sounds like him, if it wasn't for the live under the skysports cricket logo I'd swear it was an old repeat. I’m not entirely convinced you’re on the right thread mate🤔🤣
