Well, first week of PT was fantastic! I’ve done my mid week weigh in today and we’ve got from 111kg to 109.1! Really, really happy with that and long may this continue. Macros are hard to get used to, not the eating stuff part because some of the recipes are fantastic, but making sure I hit the macro and calorie goal. I was under a bit last week but cracking it so far this week. Nice one Chiggers, glad you’re enjoying it. Keep up the work💪🏻

Looks like you're already seeing rewards

Looks like you're already seeing rewards Ive got a schedule down at the minute Fel from the PT for what to do myself. 3 x own sessions at the gym on a mix of cardio (bike, rower, treadmill) and push/pull training. With the push/pull I’m just trying to get my form back when I did a lot of weights pre covid with my mate. Then the 1 x a week for PT and then 2 x a week brisk walking for 30 mins. Can do stuff any day I like though so had a rest day today, PT tomorrow and then gonna walk Friday and Saturday, back in gym Sunday.

Who is this commentator on sky that sounds just like the late great Paul Allott? It's spooking me out how much it sounds like him, if it wasn't for the live under the skysports cricket logo I'd swear it was an old repeat. I’m not entirely convinced you’re on the right thread mate🤔🤣

2nd week Wednesday weigh in - 107.5kg. So from starting on 111 dead - currently sitting at 16st 9lbs, down from the original 17st 4lbs from 2 days prior to PT beginning. I'll make that the last weigh in I'll post about for a while now until a more significant milestone, so getting to 15st something. I'd like to know how you guys are doing. If anyone wants a chat whether it be on this thread or a PM, hit us up. So if you want to carry on moaning about the Sky presenters Squeekster, go ahead

Finally got a new job!
And even better, finally working in the industry I’ve always wanted to be in, I.T. Today was such a relief handing my notice. But work took it well, no hard feelings at all and said I’d be welcome back if anything I.T ever does pop up for them. I got the good ending haha.
Onwards and fucking upwards.

Paddy Pimblett - UFC fighter. His mate killed himself on Friday morning then he fought on Saturday. He’s been pushing the message that men should open up more since then 👍🏻

I'm back on this thread you lucky sods Just a quick update really. So, after my job hunting disasters, happy to say I started a new job in the I.T industry on Monday! Gonna take time to settle ofc, but I'm glad that I've finally got there. Also a weight loss update. I weighed myself today and I have finally hit 101kg. I've now lost 10kg (22lbs) in 10 weeks. I'm so close to hitting 99kg now, and that will be a massive psychological milestone for me. I'll actually be out of triple digit KG's, I never envisioned it. Now it's near reality for me. Doing PT has been the best investment I've ever made, because now I realise just how fucking important my health truly is, mentally and physically. My pot belly... isn't a pot belly anymore and has flattened massively, my chest size has shrunk and my face has lost all it's pudge. And I can wear the designer t-shirts I bought about 5 years ago now! How are you guys doing? If you're doing good, that's fucking fantastic. If things aren't great for you, PM me or quote me and let's chat. My head is frazzled from the new job but I'll help however I can, if you'd like.

It’s great news and I love a feel good story, really warms the cockles! I’m seriously unfit these days, weighing in at around 105 kg which is ridiculous. How much is your PT if you don’t mind me asking? It’s probably the only way I can do something about it! Well done👏🏻

My lifestyle is honestly transformed.
My PT is £180/month mate. Which is more on the expensive side but he's incredibly in depth and goes above and beyond. If you PM me I can send you over a link to his site and socials if you fancy checking it out a bit more.
And cheers badger, appreciate it mate.

Crikey that’s quite a bit of money every month especially these days. But I have just cancelled a load of pointless subscriptions so perhaps an option. Yeh send me the details and I’ll have a shufty, cheers👍🏻
