How will the 2k be chosen if on Wednesday we drop into tier 2 It's highly unlikely that we will.

How will the 2k be chosen if on Wednesday we drop into tier 2 It's highly unlikely that we will. I'd go as far as to say it'd be a miracle with over 300 cases per 100k still way over the national average of about 140. Sadly.

Not a hope in hell of staffs going into tier 2. Cases still high, hospital icu under real pressure, think we are going to have to wait.
However I will really enjoy London going into tier 3 and all of those clubs that have enjoyed their fans going back in will enjoy it no more.
Seeing the palarse fans jumping all over each other and the fulham fans shoved in a stand tightly packed stand together, I still dont think its fair some clubs get the benefits of fans and some dont.

Correct. I can't see January looking a very promising turnaround either.

Icu is under severe pressure every winter kez ....this year is no different As for really enjoying London going into tier 3....seriously? I’ll be gutted for those bars and restaurants etc who will have to shut down again through no fault of their own when they are desperately trying to make a living and if clubs can get fans through the door then great no matter what their location I personally won’t enjoy that at all

They won't take this lying down in the Capital, and the only reason I believe they avoided Tier 3 the first time was to avoid complete unrest. While London still ticks the rest of the country suffers quietly. You shut everything in London and hopefully you get a much bigger, fiercer reaction.

But, I honestly feel that the only way this changes is with the Capital on the same level as the rest of the country. So many businesses have suffered throughout the country, so many business are about to suffer in London - I can only hope it's the tipping point and the majority don't stand for it any more.

Wonder if football will be cancelled again if people can’t travel from or to tier 4.

Wonder if football will be cancelled again if people can’t travel from or to tier 4. I think tier 4 restrictions are very similar to the November lockdown restrictions, so I guess football will continue.

I'd imagine elite sports will continue, so the game will go ahead I'd suspect.

We won’t see a live game this year. It's the prognosis Dr. Tier 4 Feb, Tier 3 if everyone stops licking each other Mar-May. Makes you wonder if Euro 2021 will go ahead?

Bloomin' well miss it. The buzz in the morning, the trip into town...I like to get a few drinks down...busy pubs, the rumours of away fans spotted in the Glebe, cramming around the bar to catch the barmaids eye, a grabbed pie at Wrights...sorting a trip to the ground, fans rushing to make kick off, moaning at half time...a pint after the game and analysis...the looking forward to an anticipated away trip.
