Well it’s never good one manager overriding another managers team is it? It depends on the relationship between the managers. As a retired teacher I can assure you that when the head showed an interest in lessons and shared input it always had a positive effect and I never felt undermined. He won't have been contradicting but adding to what was being said and the players will be fully aware of the hierarchy so in what way is MON undermining? The opposite in fact the players would feel he was supporting their team and coaches. Good analogy |

That's great news I hope we don't pin too much expectation on him though The more a player doesn't play the better he gets. That seems to be a natural law on the Oatcake. He has shown very good potential but still relatively unproven at this level. I'll be happy to see him back in the mix though |
