It'll be nill nill, the same as it always seems to be there.
The only bonus tonight is I won't be there to watch it.

One thing this division has shown is that the fixture list doesn't guarantee expected results. Are Bristol City and Notts Forest so much better than teams we have beaten? Of course not. Both have already beaten us at home this season though. I agree about fixtures not guaranteeing anything which is why neutrals love the championship and I’d love to be wrong but have a bad feeling about the next few games. There’s too many, as Roy Keane would say, “bluffers” at this club and too many you wouldn’t trust to get us out of a dogfight. As I say I hope I’m wrong and regardless of what happens, come on Stoke! Under a different manager. West Brom beat us at home, so did Huddersfield. Means absolutely nothing.

Oh I nearly forgot .................. Guess which club, 2 yellow cards in 2 minutes Nick Powell came to us from? Yes you got it. WIGAN!!But there's nowt in any potential conspiracy theory that he now misses tonight's game against them and therefore wouldn't be seen as helping send them down 'if' Wigan were to be relegated. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Really don't see what Des O'Connor has to do with previous results although he did play briefly for Northampton Town

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. You're right. But if he did do it, with those exact reasons, he shouldn't just be "dealt with". He should be sacked on the spot for not having the club's interests at heart. And he hasn't been. Anyway Wigan will staying up all by themselves. They don't need absolutely nothing from anyone.

Imagine the lack of pressure if MON and the players hadn't totally bottled last game.
Make or break tonight, no two ways about it.

Surprised to see only two 0-0s. Remember that 0-3 last season?! What a fucking farce that was.

Absolutely massive match tonight Yep, it's a whoppa . Bottom 3 and a global pandemic could break a few of us. I feel that this scenario seems to happen a lot. We have a massive, probably season defining game, which the fans know is a must win. The fans are really up for it and willing the team on, but the players don't seem to share the urgency, "desperate measures required", and potential significance of the occasion and just don't turn up. As a fan you would expect that the players will be fired up and ready to give everything for the cause, and in the event it just doesn't happen. The result is then usually an overwhelmingly depressive and deflating reverse. Often the poor performance is put down to nerves, which is rubbish. If things go wrong the players can look for another club, but the fans are stuck with the situation and they are the ones enduring the stress and the emotion. The only certain thing is that it's going to be another long night.

Why isn't it on Wednesday? Surely we are being deprived of a legitimate opportunity to make multiple jokes about Stoke's ability to do it on a wet and windy Wednesday night in Wigan? If it had been tomorrow we might have had Wimmer back to add to the comedy appeal.

Just looking at the cardboard cut outs on the stream and it looks like cheeky Wigan have used it as an excuse to boost their gate.

Barnsley and Charlton currently 0-0 Barnsley now winning 1-0. Compare and contrast the finish for their goal with the absolute sitters that we missed at the weekend.
