In true JoeinOz "corner - use it" style, every time I see an update on Tom Ince thread, my initial response will be "Tom Ince - Has he gone yet?"

Ryan’s house went on the market a month or two ago also. I believe it has just sold. His kids is Crewe’s academy though, would be tough on the family? So I don’t see it. That's what Bayern said re Ryan's house. Ryan's son, or at least one of them, is in stokes academy. He's u11/12 I think. I had a chat with him when he was watching him play in a game at liverpool academy. It could be his elder lad, or it could just be bum information sorry. My lad told me, he knows him as he played with him briefly at Nantwich Town. The house bit is definitely correct though.

I don't know intricacies of Ryan's family but pretty sure that is his oldest son.

I think once mon thinks you’re wank, you’re staying wank in his eyes. He’ll be serving hot dinners in the staff canteen for the rest of the season. It's good to have a manager with many talents...which dish is his speciality?

a: Rowett maybe? b: nobody if he goes anywhere it will have to be a subsidised loan It's quite possible Rowett still has wet dreams about Ince, but very unlikely that Millwall could a) buy him b) pay him. As I understand it we're trying to escape paying other clubs' wages, which we have done far too much for the last 3½ years.

See him in the local Thai, well did before lockdown with his 2 lads. His wife has the shop a few doors down. Certainly shot up recently, used to see them sat in the trolleys seats in Sainsburys not so long back, not any more.

Rabbi could get the best out of him, like Powell he is probably someone who thrives with pace around him creating space as he isn't that fast himself. His main issue is clearly confidence though...
In theory Rabbi on the left, Powell in the middle with Ince on the right and Campbell up top could be alright I reckon. Perhaps Ince is too far gone though.

No way will he be on 50k a week, they are guessing, we signed him when we got relegated, more like 35k, 40k tops.

If it’s true he’s on £50k a week there’s not a chance any other club in the world would pay anything near that.
We’ll end up having to cover half of his wage.

I'd be amazed if he was on more than 25-30 - but the journo was probably just padding out the line he'd heard/been fed at that point?

£50 a month is too much for his contribution to getting us out of this league.

I'd be shocked at 50k myself .However, We went balls deep for promotion under Rowet and got his main targets price irrelevant, and Ince came from premier and would of wanted similar wage ,as would Volkes, What Huddersfield paid I don't know.

I know our Rowett spending was crazy and looks horrific now - but surely none of his signings are on more than 30k? He wouldn't have been on huuuuuuuuuuge money at Huddersfield, would he? They would probably have been frugal enough to just put him on a kind of top Championship contract despite the big fee
