Ordinarily, an injury like that means 6-9 months before he can even begin to train properly. We might see him play just before Christmas.

Scott Fraser, free transfer from Burton, would add more than decent midfield cover for Allen/Clucas.

I've not known anyone get properly back from a torn or ruptured achilles in fewer than 12 months.
I would think we're looking Jan/Feb 2021 for a first team start.

Fuller was never quite the same after this (although age was catching up with him anyway). At least with Joe he’s reliant on his lungs rather than blistering pace. |

What's the latest word on possible 20-21 start dates? I haven't been following it that closely and have zoned out a bit and am only starting to get back into it. I heard September a while ago (and MON mentions that as the likely start date), but even August seems to be getting a mention now. MON seems to be talking in terms of us effectively starting a 55-game season with next season pretty much following straight on from the end of this one.
