It may be an urban myth, but the suggestion was (excellent though Rossiter and Collins were) that the message many/most people took away from that campaign was Campari. On which subject, the mother of Lorraine (" No, mate - Luton Airport") Chase used to be a colleague of mine. I also had a colleague whose surname was Wildgoose. Attempts to get them married were unsuccessful. |

I think the sooner the ASA start taking the moral high ground and just decide not to let things be broadcast on the grounds that they think an ad is crap the better, although that approach could completely backfire. 🤔 |

There are nights I don’t even turn the telly on but whenever I do there are these mismatched families/friends having a conversation no normal person would talk about in such a bizarre way |
