Is that second to last picture the lime tree? If so, that’s impressive. I’ve just got a small orange tree and complimented it with a lime tree, but just flowers on it right now.

The large fruit is a lemon the other is a Red Lime which is sort of a mandarin type fruit. Its the only fruit to set on the lemon but so far I have about 50plus on the lime see below I have a thermometer in the soil and another to show the humidity and air temp, they are outside now full time and I "mist" the leaves in the morning including underneath and water when the top inch of soil feels dry and feed citrus feed once a week. Its a bit of hard work and I'm not sure if im doing it right but time will tell

My problem will be whether I can give mine (and anything else in my garden) the correct care, I’m rubbish with plants and seem to be only able to grow weeds successfully.😂😂

What do you do with them in winter ?

Pots need more care but its just keeping an eye of them to make sure they don't dry out and a bit of plant food. I'm slightly ott on my citrus because they are new to me and I don't want to kill them lol 😅

They spend time on a table and I water and feed as I do outside. They are good to about 10°c lower than that its inside in a sunny/ bright area.

Good afternoon, beloved fellow gardeners, whose fantastic horticultural knowledge, results and displays I always so love and admire!
I just thought you all might like to know that the TV listings say this Friday's (11th June) BBC2 Gardeners' World at 9pm will be as follows: 'Monty Don turns his attention to containers and citrus plants.'How relevant, innit! I hope you all enjoy the programme, dear friends! Kissy kissy! (**Clips mic off.**) I hope these clever b*st*rds all get slugs.

Well it was until I somehow accidentally texted photos of the last 'event' + the next ETA time to Chuff & Badge instead of to yourself, Dees.

Thanks very much I was looking at a fruiting tree as they are just amazing to eat we love them. I'm looking towards autumn before I change and replace my Red Robin. If you love fruit, just to veer away from fruit trees for a mo, François, do you grow rhubarb? I grow lots of herbs + I have about 6 rhubarb plants which, I have to say, look after themselves, but even so they get huge. If you get some rhubarb plants and plant them you then have to leave them alone for the first 12-18 months to let them get established before you can cut them. Bisp told me those pointers before I bought them and he was a real gardening expert on the Oatie and we miss him an awful lot. Come back Bisp! It worked!

How can anyone not love gardening ☺ Gorgeous pics, François! Certainly a stunning garden. I think we might hold the next Annual Oatie Summer Evening Extravaganza there - well, either there or at Deeside Towers, where last year's planned 'do' had to be called off owing to the arrival of the plague. I'll give it some thought.

I haven't grasped the technology to be able to post numerous pics in the same post just yet, so I'll post a few of my garden. Here's one from the "gravel garden" looking towards the "engine room" of the garden - greenhouse, compost corner, raised beds, and cold frames etc. Let me know when you've had enough Wow, that's gorgeous, Dees! Keep 'em coming! Wish I knew how to post photos, I'd post one of my bottom

Another area of the garden looking through the trellis towards the shed (it was sold as a summer house in the estate agents blurb !) The clematis is just starting to get going and will cover the trellis eventually. All stunning pics, Dees! Do the slugs &/or snails bother you re. that pretty hosta? (**She crosses her fingers and thinks 'I hope so not.' **)

(**She crosses her fingers and thinks 'I hope so not.' **)Very kind of you to say so Murph - thanks very much ! We don't really have any problem with the blighters, although it is one of the tougher leaved hostas which does tend to deter the slugs and snails.

And, DEFINITELY FINALLY.............just been down to the greenhouse and it's a bit warm in there ! Mate your garden is huge I wish I had that room, mine is about 25foot by 30foot most was taken up be a house extension prior to me being into gardening its halved the outdoor space. The variety and quality of your plants are a credit to you pal I'm incredibly jealous 🙂
