Kev tragically passed away in the night to the dreaded Coronavirus after fighting a battle in hospital with it in his 50s
He was a massive Stoke fan who travelled away on the train with his lad and could be seen on plentiful occasions
I’ve known Kev since the early 80s and I’m absolutely gutted and I know many on here will know of him .... Stoke and the lads he went with were a BIG part of his life and social scene
RIP mate when this is over the first pint at the match is on you x

Deeply saddened by this news.
Was with Kev and his son in 'Spoons at Huddersfield on New Years Day.
Good lad and a good Stoke fan. Enough said.

I've got a Vale mate ( yes I know) , think he knows you Wezzer. Darren his name from Maybank. He told me this morning and knew kev from the 90's and always used to peep at him when he was driving his buses. These were a few of his words this morning. I knew Kev through a few mates of mine usually on a Saturday night after he'd been to Stoke and I'd been to Vale. It's an old cliche but Kev was a genuinely nice and decent bloke, the sort who I can't imagine anyone has a bad word to say about him. Likeable fella and way too young RIP kev Think it speaks volumes about Kev

Kev worked for me and I had to physically stop him from coming in to work because he wanted to carry on as normal.
One of the most genuine, optimistic and characterful people you could ever wish to meet and i grew very fond of him.
I am absolutely devastated
RIP big man, there is a huge Kev shaped hole in the world now that no one will be able to fill.
Keep cracking them jokes in heaven mate 😢
