I won't be renewing until as late as possible, which will be during 'second' deadline.
Ive got a feeling it will be my first on my own for 13 years too which will take away a massive part of going.

I'm having trouble trying to get on to actually buying them. Always done it over the phone or at the shop itself. Trying to login to the official website is a pain. I dont even know what email is tied to the account. Therefore I can't actually contact the office for any help, because I don't know this information. So if I lose my current seat, it's the clubs fault, not mine.

I've asked Ange to ask whether a phone line could be set up to someone at the club who has access to the season card database, to attend to renewal issues. She is going to talk to their Tech department. They have a Tech DEPARTMENT !!!! I thought it was just some young lad with an A level in IT

If you don’t buy your season ticket by the 6th and then renew when the window re-opens , still having your old seat, can you still get your parking ticket as well ? Has this being asked before ?

Do you know what, despite my protestations above, I'm going to renew my season tickets tomorrow.
I'll end up doing it anyway and our club came out before any government scheme was announced to guarantee the salary of all employees and matchday staff until August.
I'm going to do my bit and renew as I always do, before the initial deadline passes.
Reading jon Walters tweet this evening, and the responses to it, have struck a chord.
I'll do my bit to help our club continue to support its staff for as long as ends up being necessary, safe in the knowledge that whenever the new season starts, our owners will make sure I get what I've paid for.

I’ve just renewed our two for the same reason, really impressed with the club for looking after their staff so I’m happy to contribute towards it......

Have you got anywhere with your holiday reimbursements Dave? I've got two first class train tickets to Barcelona (£850) at the start of June that Eurostar won't refund (they'll only offer a voucher alternative) and two festival tickets in Barcelona (£700) that the festival won't refund either, even though it's been cancelled for it's original date (your ticket will be valid for when/if it eventually takes place). Both companies are apparently entirely within their rights not to offer you a refund as their insurance doesn't cover pandemics.

First one isn't until end of May, 2nd end July and 3rd in October. There's nowt we can do about it so we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

All companies are doing the same, we have been stung with a home and away villa that has been cancelled, a Victoria hall show that has been cancelled and 2 sets of flights that have been cancelled.....only offered vouchers for all of them because pandemics don’t count...it doesn’t matter what martin Lewis says companies are doing what they want to stay afloat...can’t really blame them...thing is the vouchers will be no use when they fold and they know it ...tough times

I think a lot of people are going to be in for a bit of a shock as things (don't) move forward.

I was informed last week the gig was cancelled, and without asking for it I've already received a FULL refund to my credit card. I'll certainly be making the effort to go to a show there in future if there's anything I fancy. As for my Ryanair flights to Dublin in June for one of the Euro 2020 games, well I'm not holding my breathe on that one....

I wouldn’t mate my stepson was due to go to Barcelona week before last.the only flight still going out just happened to be the one that they had happened to book on. He eventually managed to get a voucher for another flight to be used later in the year because he pointed out that if he went he couldn’t even leave the airport as everything had been shut down but they were still trying to get him to go.
