Tesco Extra variant incoming How many ClubCard points do you get for that? Well initially it could be 10,000 but that’s dependant on data. The least you will be able to claim is 1,000. But don’t worry, that won’t happen. That said, in a worse case scenario you’ll get -500. In which case you’ll just have to suck it up and see what happens later, we may or may not change our minds depending on zero evidence. I trust that fine with you?

My sister in law has told my wife today that their high school is making preparations for home learning for the autumn term. Seen a piece on the news about it today.
Absolutely no way am I or my kids going through home schooling again. Not a chance in hell.
Any single return of restrictions, no matter how significant represents a failure of government (&vaccine) for me.
Not that the government haven't already failed

The idea of it shouldn't even be on the table, that's the point of the vaccine and returning to normal. Further potential for Societal controls isn't unlocking. Let's say worse case restrictions did return in October time, what actual difference would there be between 2020 and 2021?

Won’t help the nhs will it when everyone that queues up for Mcdonads every day is morbidly obese It’ll be recorded as a covid death of course Wait until they put BMI on their health slavery pass for flights, entertainment premises, and jobs, because the risks are too great. Their 'smart' fridge won't open. They'll have to log into their 'smart' pelaton in their 'smart' home at 530am and complete mandatory state exercise to improve their social credit score. Too long in the red BMI zone and they'll be classed as 'invalid' and selected for 'smart' death.

These references from Boris around a winter of flu are slightly alarming. He wouldn't would he? Getting the prologue in. Which he did when he cancelled today's supposed freedom day, when he talked of other illnesses. And people still can't see that SAGE are nothing more than soap opera script writers, using well-honed psychological warfare techniques. And that evil, communist, psycho psychologist bitch, Michie, has already talked of Lockdowns being used for other things. Another one for the lake of fire.

It's just one of many sites reporting anomalies to the party line that are being ignored by main stream media or censored by social media. Where else do you think people should voice their opinions when they are denied freedom of speech? Freedom of speech is fine. But you need to ignore the garbage on sites like that one Why? We might get some cross pollination of other viewpoints? But as I said, this was one of many saying similar things. Interesting you are more concerned with the site rather than the message.

Why's that then? Who are you, the thought police? Google the website See what it’s all about Don't you even "click" on what you've just typed? Google, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube (also google) have all been censoring content if it didn't mimic their chosen worldview. They have even disenfranchised sitting US President and senators/congressmen. This forces proponents of these views onto "other" sites where they are not censored. Your first reaction is "Google that site" to see what they say about it. Google, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube (also google) have all been censoring content if it didn't mimic their chosen worldview. <fade to background>

The "deaths take a few weeks to come through you know" mob from a few weeks ago seem to have gone awfully quiet the past few days. 5 new deaths that may or may not have died because of covid. Free us from these mental lockdowns and stop wrecking innocent lives. It the government cared McDonalds wouldn’t be allowed to open 50 new stores nationwide. The answer will be, that's not the same. Hamburgers aren't contagious.

These references from Boris around a winter of flu are slightly alarming. He wouldn't would he? He will if we remain compliant to rules that make zero sense. I'm not sure what is to be gained from further draconian measures of this nature whenever they want but I've long been suspicious that now they know what they can get away with, it's just the start of the control and their attempts to maintain and reinforce social/class boundaries. Once restrictions are lifted, there is no going back for anything. If people die, so be it. Sadly, people die all the time. Life simply has to go on and we have to learn to live with Covid/Flu/ or whatever other respiratory illnesses are around at any given time. This has to be a once in a lifetime scenario, the likes of which we (and our kids and grandkids) will never see again.

Was planning to go down the pub with a number of mates yesterday but some have tested positive for COVID . All been jabbed once, all 29/30 unlikely to die from covid but must now isolate, sure they can affect other people who are older who could die but only the ones that haven’t been vaccinated.
Where do we draw the line for this, at what point do they not need to isolate if they have got covid? When they have both jabs?
It’s getting ridiculous, it’s been compared to Hayfever amongst the mates that have had it. So can they not Leave their house now because of a sniffle?
Where do you draw the line?

I'm pleased this thread has now been relegated to the everything else section, it's just become a thread for the likes of Kevin the Teenager etc to say how unfair and inconvenient all the restrictions are and constantly saying how they are going to riot and rebel against the system.
Very boring.

You can just see this "winter flu" rhetoric building up. www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2021/06/21/flu-could-bigger-problem-covid-winter-says-jcvi-deputy-chairman/I wonder at what point a hardcore pro lockdowner would say "OK... This is starting to get a bit fucking weird now". Everyone has a red line. Firstly it was just a few weeks till May, then it was a few more weeks till July, then it was a few weeks to save Christmas, then it was a few weeks to save winter, then it was a few weeks to March to "get jabs in arms, back to normal by spring", then it was a few months till June, then it was a few weeks till July... Now we are getting threats of more lockdowns in winter to stop flu. To top it off, its all in the name of a virus that isn't actually killing anyone anymore in the UK nor is it overwhelming hospitals. How can any sane individual still be buying into this shit? 🤦♂️

Dr Fauchi will probably come out and tell everyone to wear 2 masks, one on their face and one on their butt.

The line would be very easy to draw, but nobody in government is prepared to do it; If vaccinated + positive test = only isolate if symptomatic and genuinely sick - that decision should be made on case by case basis like flu for example. If vaccinated and identified as a close contact = no isolation but guidance given so people can take extra precautions maybe. If unvaccinated, same rules apply as today. There needs to be a benefit from taking the vaccine if this truly is our way out. It seems every other country has woken up to that fact and the UK is being left behind.

These references from Boris around a winter of flu are slightly alarming. He wouldn't would he? Need to protect the NHS, especially with an ever growing waiting list this year of 12.2 million and counting. Considering the nhs is at 'breaking point' every winter You'd think they would twig at some point, more beds might be a good idea. It's almost as if it's new
