The myanmar national league and table tennis, I'd say if people were that desperate they'd have an online account and no need to phone a bet in. On line casinos (along with porn hub) are seeing record traffic as more and more people 'work' from home. It's not making up for the shortfall in sports betting but its something. Denise will still get her dividend As well as her salary?

Because of the vagueness of it all employers of none essential staff who've turned up to work when the employer knows they can't practice safe distancing etc in the work environment are going to have to make some tough decisions tomorrow. The government however should be the ones making this decision. They need to be dig deep and cover the wages of literally all none essentials to stay at home. The essential workers should also be imbursed as why should they miss out. It's the only way to truly lockdown the country best we can. Imight be being a bit thick here but hasn't he already announced measures to help businesses and employers if they have to shut down. Apart from the poor old self employed. They're paying 80 percent to employees who would otherwise be laid off. Not every company will be laying people off. I think the government should pay employees 80 percent regardless just to keep away. It'll cost billions but while your asking people not to go out in more than 2's, millions will be commuting and working together tomorrow in none essential work and in alot of cases not practicing safe distances etc It defeats the object of the new measures.

If I was to lean one way or the other I'd bet on the Twitter feed being wrong, just because, you know, people in social media jobs... but I wouldn't bet against it being the others that are wrong either. Clear as mud.

Not spreading the disease and dying is more essential I would say. Agreed but what did Boris just tell a bricky to do ... should he turn up at the site tomorrow or not? [b If he's building BoJo's new nursery then it is essential ...

Maybe it's easier to think of it this way - anyone going into work tomorrow as an essential key worker is risking their life to keep you and your family alive.
You can do your bit by self-isolating no matter how inconvenient, financial difficult or mentally straining it is.
I know some of you are now just getting your head around the concept but its working here in New York - it will work in S-o-T now it's going to enforced like here.

You can only leave your home to go to work if you are a key worker. It's there in black and white. The official guidelines say otherwise sorry 😂🤦♂️ You know when I first clicked on that link, it said, only if you were a key worker, it was before the document went up, I wish I'd screen shot it. But nevertheless, it is still contradicting the tweet (which I have screenshot).

Therefore if people are forced to stay at home and not to work they will not be penniless. Or am I missing something.

The lack of authority is frightening.

It's a joke. My missus has got to go to work as a teacher tomorrow for 8 kids. He still wasn't forthright enough for my liking. He is seriously underestimating the dick headedness of the great British public. He has just given a load of dickheads the green light to go to their local parks again tomorrow, and guess what? That's exactly what the daft cunts will do. How can you ban social gatherings of more than 2 people yet stand and watch hundreds of people standing in each other's pockets outside Tesco's? He told us to use deliveries. Yeah, good one. I can't get one for more than three weeks! Morrison’s guaranteeing next day delivery of essentials if you order before 3pm but you only get a choice of meat vs vegetarian. This will be the norm by the end of the week.

For example, you've got somebody who works in customer service and a customer phones up bet365 from Mumbai complaining about an issue with their bet. How do you route that call to the customer services rep, and provide the rep with access to the account of the person? All calls have to be recorded, all live chat has to be recorded. If an issue needs to be escalated to a supervisor, then that it isn't possible. The level of software that bet365 use is absolutely massive. And that's before you realise that many of their employees don't even have a computer at home. I controlled a switchboard that probably gets around 3/400 calls today from my living room. Not the same scale I know but it worked 😊 The amount of time you spend on here Bayern, I’d say “controlled a switchboard...”, is a massive misnomer 🤣

The army will be armed and will deal with them without hesitation. In Italy today one minister has threatened to use flame throwers on anyone not following the rules. As much as I am ok with the army on the streets, it is highly unlikely you will see a position of armed soldiers on the streets quelling rioters.....it’s not fair on the squaddies who will be prosecuted to hell if they ever let a round off. You don’t put armed police into riots and they are better trained in the law, so you won’t see squaddies out there. At most the army will be logistical support, medical, engineering etc. If they ever are out with guns (and it’s not terrorist related) I’m staying in because it will means things are ten times worse than they are now with a complete and utter break down of society. These are not normal times mate. The govt will use every measure at their disposal to hold the country together. We ain’t seen nothing yet.

The tube in London will still probably full at rush hour. Correct decision, and not before time. Boris looks knackered. This is just the start - I think he'll have to go further. I suspect he will later in the week. Permits to go out and 17 hour curfew.

Taken from Healthline not my own work:
The coronavirus originating in Wuhan, China, is baffling experts searching for the source. Since the virus is considered novel, it’s a type of virus that has never been encountered before.
Coronaviruses are named for their crown-like shape, and were first identified in the mid-1960s. The virus typically causes respiratory illnesses like the common cold.
In the beginning, many of those infected worked or shopped at a wholesale seafood market in Wuhan, China, which also sold live and freshly slaughtered animals.
This is why experts suspect it crossed to humans from an animal host.
Sure, that is one theory. There are lots of different websites, like the one you have referred to, with different theories that's all I'm saying. That one seems pretty vague. It didn't originate in China in the mid 60s for a start and there are many types of coronavirus. Experts are still trying to work it all out by the sounds of it. Not conclusive enough. From NY Times 27/01/2020 not my work.
Experts have confirmed that the deadly coronavirus outbreak began at a wholesale animal market in the central Chinese city of Wuhan, a report said.
Scientists with the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention said tests show the pneumonia-like virus initially jumped from animals to humans at the Huanan Seafood Wholesales Market, News.com.au reported, citing China’s state-owned Xinhua news agency.
The now-shuttered market — which sold live animals including wolf pups, foxes, rats and peacocks — had previously been reported as the epicenter of the virus.
“Thirty-one of the 33 positive samples were collected from the western zone of the market, where booths of wildlife trading concentrated,” the CDC said, according to the news outlet. “The result suggests that the novel coronavirus outbreak is highly relevant to the trading of wild animals.”
The virus has killed 80 people so far and infected more than 2,700.
Meanwhile, Chinese authorities temporarily barred the trading of wild animals Sunday and promised to “severely investigate and punish” those who violate the ban.

That's pretty definitive. Why didn't he say that in the first place and save all the confusion for the last hour? So that confirms my initial questions. The only people to travel to work are key workers. He didn't really say that in his address though, and left it wide open. That was what I understood from his message.

So millions of workers will go to work tomorrow none essential when actually they should be forced to shut and the government pay 80 percent. The essential workers should also have bonuses ontop of there pay as why should they miss out of the government funding as ultimately they're the ones keeping the country running.
