Do you remember this American doctor who was being shut down on Facebook and twitter for his positive views on Ivermectin? Well, interestingly, this was published in the UK on Thursday ... swprs.org/who-preliminary-review-confirms-ivermectin-effectiveness/?amp&__twitter_impression=trueDr Andrew Hill of the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Liverpool (UK) is currently performing a WHO-sponsored review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials of ivermectin against covid. In the following 12-minute video, Dr Hill is presenting his preliminary results, which indicate a highly significant 83% reduction in covid mortality. I read somewhere over the weekend, that in India they are handing out small Covid 19 health kits or something like that free of charge, and one of the things in there was Ivermectin. Can't remember what the other two things were but i'll try and fit it.

I've always sat somewhere in the middle on all of this as you well know. For me, this simply has to be the final lockdown period and we need to be out of it sooner rather later. Stores need to be open, restaurants, pubs, hospitality in general needs to be re-opened and the economy has to be given a chance to recover whilst people need to get their lives back to something resembling normal. Further lockdowns next winter should be totally unnecessary and if one is needed, then the government have failed yet again. Where all this ends up in terms of "immunity passports" and such like only time will tell but for now, the emphasis should be on moving as quickly as possible for people to get their lives back and businesses back on track.

Pimlico Plumbers in London who have a huge fleet of emergency plumbers, roughly 400, are saying no jab, no job, anyone offered the vaccine but refusing to take it will be fired, on the grounds of safety to co workers, that's gonna take a hell of a lawyer to work that out, is it removing peoples choice, or is it protecting everyone else, personally I agree with it, but the implications for the wider public are huge.
Can you differentiate between jabbers and non jabbers, either in work or in any setting.

www.theguardian.com/business/2021/jan/14/pimlico-plumbers-to-introduce-no-jab-no-job-work-contracts-covidI think there was a question / query / statement a few pages back about the vaccination and the query over renewing their season ticket Looking at the article, this would look to be the start So imagine going on the web to renew your season ticket and there is a ticket box saying enter you vaccination number here, with a comment, saying without this you cannot buy your ticket If employers can do it, then why not clubs like Stoke - not singling out Stoke btw Then no doubt, publicans to be asked to check customers Where will it end? Despite what ministers say, it's pretty clear where all this is heading. I've mentioned before I saw a country in the far East demonstrate an app that everyone had to have and scan themselves in everywhere - transport, shopping centre, travel etc etc If you showed up as not meeting their criteria or out and about when you should be in isolation etc you would be refused entry and authorities after you. Will the future be that extreme for us? Don't know Will we have to demonstrate our vaccine/not having Covid? Probably Will we be able to go anywhere with a high density of people as we did in 2019 without proving anything? Don't think so

Great idea. That won't create big crowds as people get their shopping and other chores done before 6.00 will it?

Nowhere near enough rebels for that to happen Paul at the minute.Sky just been saying Graham Brady has had 2 letters of protest so far about Johnson Oh without a doubt Mutters but the very fact that they're starting to put their heads above the parapet is the key thing, the fact that ANY letters have gone in at all is pretty telling. Of course it's just sabre rattling at the minute for sure and his position is certainly safe at the minute but it seems his own back benches are doing a better job of holding his feet to the fire than the current opposition at the minute.

I really can't see how this is much different from going to see somebody who you're in a bubble with, they didn't even go into the care home, she's 94 and could be dead anytime soon.

Is this the one in Bridgnorth? If so, the couple were on morning TV today. As football supporters we've all witnessed police, when given a modicum of power above the norm, that are all too happy to throw their weight around, show people "who's boss" and revel in a bit of authority that they have never held before, be it socially or via employment. These "Covididiot officers" are just like the football police we've all encountered on far too many occasions.
