I just want a reporter or journalist to ask a straight question, and if they don't get a straight answer, ask it again.
"Why have you ripped up a system that created chances last season in a crisis, to one that is making us about as interesting to watch as watching paint dry?"

ange1 talk about asking questions to get the answer that you want? You led every question there so that he had a get out clause Conflict of interest here? Represent the BBC (paid or unpaid) and the Supporters Council at the same time Mmmmm. I’ve thought it and now you’ve said it. Ambassador to the club when we went over to the Far East as well? Paid or unpaid would that be out of interest? And if I’m wrong here I’m happy to stand corrected, not sure I am though.....

We’re one point off the play offs and there’s 38 games to go. There’s a lot of football to be played yet. Go out and smell the roses”

Who ever asks the questions should be asking about players who are having poor games. MON is in a position to answer the awkward questions whether he likes it or not, he is the manager and gets paid for doing that job.

Why does no one an about our consistent lack of chances created? He can refer to goals scored recently all he wants but we just aren't creating enough chances to get to where we want to be, in addition to both this shite formation and the mind numbing football.

To be fair to MON, he normally comes out and says we've been poor and didn't deserve anything if that was the case. All managers make excuses at times but MON is quite honest in most of his assessments.

MON is in a position to answer the awkward questions whether he likes it or not, he is the manager and gets paid for doing that job. The only reason anyone listens to Radio Stoke or reads the Sentinel is for the access they have to the club. The only time either come close to criticising or tough questioning is when it's obvious that a manager is on the way out. Whenever they've tried in the past, the offending pundit or presenter has been quietly moved on.

He needs to lay off the sauce a bit - he's getting Ferguson Nose.

Thanks PP. .
For the record it was not my intention to sound patronising with my question, I was trying a different way of getting an answer that everyone wanted. I will go back to being straight to the point.

He always comes across so professional and you just trust him 100%. I didn't initially want him but he won me over straight away. He's going to be right up there with our best managers you can just feel it.

Good manager and seems atop man. I think he’ll be here a good while for the reasons he states why he came. Can’t ever see a top premier team making a move for him because he’s not flashy foreigner enough. The only way I see him leaving is as we improve the club do not back him financially like predecessors have or we don’t match his ambition. I think he genuinely wants to manage in the premier league and sees us as the best type of club he can do that with.
Must say, also thought the questions were very good and liked his honesty in answering them.
