Giuffre has admitted to procuring girls to get involved with Epstein.
If she gets a pay off could those girls 'persuaded' by her to get involved claim against her?

He can't see how he's done anything wrong. There's never been a point in his life he hasn't got everything he wanted all on his own terms. As well as everything else.... why was a 41 year old man in his position in any form of sexual relationship with her? That in itself is worth exploring.

Not quite, full desperation is when he demands trial by combat. I was also thinking Trial by Ordeal Not sure I’d go for combat though. Trial by Cross would be neat. Andrew and Virginia stand next to each other 5 metres apart and hold their arms out horizontally to the side. The first to lower their arms is guilty. It’d make great TV.

I know that as 'finger painting' a subtle but painful act.

So much for her determination to have her say in court This 100%. No winners here except lawyers and the charity he is apparently about to make a substantial donation to. Very strange as she always said she wanted justice and he wanted to fight and clear his name in court. So no justice and no exoneration.

I wish he either won or lost the case.
He pays her off. It looks like to avoid the monarchy going to court regardless of his guilt or non guilt. He e we not be the first or last famous person going along this route.
However she clearly did not want her day in court. It looks like she just wanted her 15 minutes of fame. The fact the money is going to charity is irrelevant
He may have done it. But this doesn’t give him closure either way.
He’s not joe public. Just going to trial hurts him and the royal family.

Some sources saying he paid her off and made substantial donation to female trafficking victims charity in order to distance himself from his relationship with Epstein.

What a surprise! Said he'd go nowhere near a court case back in August last year: The [Now Unconfirmed] Nonce will go nowhere near this entire case, by which I mean the whole Epstein/Maxwell thing, plus this new lawsuit. I wonder how much taxpayers' money he's having to dish out. Always makes the accused look as guilty as fuck!

In the end he's going to have to sock this lady a couple of million quid. Only 1% of these mickey mouse civil law cases ever make the court room since no one dare risk it. With a civil case it only needs the jury to be 51% sure the offender is guilty and you just can't take that chance. It's good work for Ms Giuffre, she has already trousered half a million from Epstein. Just so we aren't on different pages here, you'd agree that it's good Giuffre has taken on a paedophile right? As opposed to good that money may be offered in addition to a miniscule payout from a man worth billions. Just want a bit of clarity as your comment leaves room for interpretation. The noise coming out of her camp is that she wants it go to court rather than be paid off. If so the payout would be (significantly) less than any 'out of court' settlement potentially tabled. Just a thought. So that turned out precisely as I told you it would.
