That kind of kick is what Wales should be doing. Don't get this at all. Always errors in a kicking game. South Africa play a massive kicking game sometimes the only way to play against it is go similar. A very tactical game. It's making it a toss up, though, Salop. I think we are blowing this.

Wales could have defended that try better.

Let's face it England will have no problems with either of these two. They may as well give them the trophy now. I am talking as a Welsh supporter, England have been awesome throughout the entire tournament, yesterday especially so. That's a bit too over confident and complacent for my liking. Yes, England could win based on performances in the tournament so far, and especially after yesterday's game. But both SA, and especially Wales, would be very difficult opponents and the likely result is much too difficult to think England would just have to turn up to win it. It's what happens on the day and I just have an uneasy feeling that Wales will win it. I hope you're right though ! Eddie won't allow them to be complacent.

Not sure if the final is going to be a classic, but SA seem a lot more ill disciplined than NZ or Australia and England need to profit from it.

A poor game littered with individual handling errors and awful kicking at times it looked like they were playing with a bar of soap. Come on England you can add the Rugby WC to the cricket WC.

Living in Wales, don't think I could take them winning it, wouldn't hear the end of it - the Welsh still bleat on about beating the All Blacks in the 60s.

Next week will be very tough it'll be like playing a Pulis side. Disciplined but very predictable.
Is it me or is there something really unlikeable about De Klerk always chirping at the ref and needs a haircut.
Our biggest problem will be if we bottle it. If we play like yesterday we'll win. We dont want to play into there hands and need to try to be expansive.

I don't wanna sound smug but I called this final from day 1... okay, I'm a tad smug Unlucky Wales. For the sake of Rugby England need to win, can't let a scrum win a World Cup.

Disappointing end to the match and my main issue with Rugby, where you can just fuck about doing nothing, pull out of scrum for no reason and run the clock down.

The Welsh try should have been ruled out for a forward pass.

I'm not sure that's right, Frank. There's wide variation in Fotball but most games have more ball in play than this www.theroar.com.au/2012/09/03/how-long-is-a-rugby-match-really/

No team has ever won the Rugby World Cup having lost a group game. Fingers crossed that stat remains intact for another 4 years.

It's not always the best team that wins, it's the team that imposes it's will. To be honest, I think Wales were lucky to beat France, and an England vs France final would have been the best final to watch.

I think the pressure on England in the final will be less against South Africa than it would have been against Wales. While this semi-final was a good old fashioned attritional forward battle, I would have preferred it to have been a bit more brutal with a few red cards and citings to make next week a bit easier. Next week looks like being a brutal 15 man battle with the fitness of flair players (like Johnny May) being the potential game breaker. If May is struggling it looks like a game where Joe Cokanasiga might come in to the reckoning to add more power and pace to the backs. At least Stoke won't ruin my Saturday next week!

We've got more variety and power in our pack to challenge SA than Wales had today. It's going to be tough of course but see no reason why we can't, or won't, beat them.
Let's not forget, New Zealand beat these lot so we obviously can.
