Was listening to it on the wireless whilst making tapenade. Don’t know whether that qualifies me to be a rugby fan by being bourgeois Or disqualifies me through homosexuality! Start a poll I’m not up on the technical wherewithal to be able to do that...

Nowell didn't pass the fitness test in te week but he's definitely one who adds something. Think Slade has played wing before but big Joe might have been an option. A fit Jack Nowell starts for me, hopefully he'll be available next week. I do like him off the bench. Watson and May are going to sprint and look to go wide and down the line so defenders know they're going to be running a lot. Do that for 60/65 mins then bring Nowell on and he is totally different. Tired players suddenly have to think and he is so good at spotting the gap and finishing it. But it's a squad game and we've got some super players right now.

Only listened as driving to gods country.
Great win.
Let’s hope for a wales England final.
I’d actually prefer to play England after watching that. NZ would have improved I don’t think england can play better than that.
Hope to fuck we beat the boks now

Wow!
That was a phenomenal performance.
I was expecting England to have to produce a gritty determined backs to the wall performance but they dominated long periods of the game and produced possibly the best all round England performance I have ever seen. I even had some unchewed fingernails left at the end for a change!
Hopefully the walking wounded can be patched up in time for next week and even more importantly England can raise their game and play with the same level of discipline and intensity one more time.

The best team in the world according to most experts never got a sniff..blown away by a stupendous England performance. The pack were outstanding, the defence awesome and in possession England were always a threat. MOM Mauro Itoje superb closely followed by Sam Underhill and Tuilagi... C'mon England just go and win it now!!

Fair play to the Kiwis, they've been very sporting. It also backs up just what a performance England produced, as it takes a class team to accept that they were well beaten.

England wales is tougher than England s Africa England would batter the boks. Wales would be much tighter. I’m convinced that’s the best england will play in the tournament. Great if they play s Africa not so much if they meet wales But wales s Africa will be tough, I’m nervous as hell. I

I I think you're over-estimating Wales, they squeeked past France thanks to the French shooting themselves in the foot. Wales could only dream of beating the All Blacks, let alone outplaying them from start to finish. Similarly, how many points did you beat the Aussies by? Squeeked home again. Having said all that, I'd prefer the Saffers in the final as my heart couldn't handle a 'derby'.

Not at their beat v France but a great will to win. Wales have had tough World Cup. As tough if not tougher than england. England were exceptional today against NZ. A NZ team not at their best.

Yes you've had a tougher World Cup because you've sneaked past teams whereas we've won with ease. Honestly, Welsh rugby fans are the most deluded sports fans on the planet. They make England football fans look grounded.

They may as well give them the trophy now. I am talking as a Welsh supporter, England have been awesome throughout the entire tournament, yesterday especially so.

I think they need to kick it more. I think Wales need to kick for field position more. It's as if they think it's beneath them, but they aren't getting anywhere and are playing into their hands. Now North is fucked.

The Guardian is describing it as "very scrappy, boring, and attritional".
It says the best bit so far is the cameras showing some Japanese "Welsh fans" holding leeks and dancing".

England’s best game will beat either of these two but it ain’t about the best game but what you do on the day. Wales, if they make it, and I reckon they will, will be a huge challenge.

I am talking as a Welsh supporter, England have been awesome throughout the entire tournament, yesterday especially so. That's a bit too over confident and complacent for my liking. Yes, England could win based on performances in the tournament so far, and especially after yesterday's game. But both SA, and especially Wales, would be very difficult opponents and the likely result is much too difficult to think England would just have to turn up to win it. It's what happens on the day and I just have an uneasy feeling that Wales will win it. I hope you're right though !

That kind of kick is what Wales should be doing. Don't get this at all. Always errors in a kicking game. South Africa play a massive kicking game sometimes the only way to play against it is go similar. A very tactical game.

As I said I am speaking as a Welsh fan, the only thing I will say in their favour is that they do know how to win, especially when the game is tight. That theory is really going to be tested today. I think that Eddie Jones has been building to the World Cup and I think he has been holding a lot in reserve, in the Six Nations for instance, he pretty much said that he has not shown his full hand.
