He contributed nothing and has a terrible first touch.
He’s ok at left back but is completely lost in midfield, he has a complete lack of vision and can’t find a pass

Thought he had a similar game to Ince. Mostly passive until the Bojan sub then almost at the flick of a switch turned into a wazzed up Kante on speed.
I think the biggest issue with our midfielders is they just don't complement each other very well at all, are all quite similar and look awkward as a unit, even if individuals are having decent games.
They're like a finely tuned racehorse's fetlock in that one stray pass or missed tackle tips them all over the edge and breaks them for 5 minutes.
I find it really weird to watch at times and I'm fascinated to see what today, and the continued work with Jones does for them.

He probably did a lot of the dirty work today, noticed a couple of poor touches but can’t complain on the basis that we won the match. I don’t much care for the lad after the shushing incident though. I know emotions must run high but it’ll stick in my mind for a while yet.

I really don't understand some of the comments on here. He had no preseason which is massive for a footballer with regards to fitness. |

Really looks to have had a massive change of attitude more than anything in recent weeks - much less whingey much more effort. Can’t fault that. Just hope whatever’s got into him is contagious for some of the other usual suspects (Ince Afobe etc) - hopefully those last 20 mins were evidence that is!
